PG [player_tooltip player_id='2231637' first='Lincoln' last='Norris'] (Knoxville)
The move: 19 to 13

Norris has been on an absolutely ridiculous heater of late for the Panthers, a stretch that includes games of 10 and 11 made 3-pointers. A skilled guard who shoots it incredibly well off both the dribble and the catch, he has also shown brilliant flashes of playmaking off the dribble. He's averaging 18.5 points, 4.0 rebounds, 2.8 assists, and 2.8 steals per game on 49-46-88 shooting splits for what has been one of the best teams in 3A.

SF [player_tooltip player_id='2419754' first='Quantae' last='Alexander'] (Prairie)
The move: 24 to 18

Alexander has been playing a bit of point for the Hawks this season and has been really good as a playmaker and distributor for what has been one of the most impressive teams in 4A. With his combination of size, length, ball-handling, and vision, he's a difficult matchup who can score from all three levels. He's averaging 8.3 points, 3.8 rebounds, 3.1 assists, and 1.2 steals per game on 43-39-65 shooting splits.

PG [player_tooltip player_id='2272195' first='Keane' last='Jorgensen'] (Valley)
The move: 34 to 20

Jorgensen (pictured) stepped into the starting lineup early this season for the Tigers while they played without star guard [player_tooltip player_id='1288899' first='Xzavion' last='Robinson'], and he more than held his own, shooting it well off the catch, limiting mistakes, and playing solid on-ball defense. Next year he'll have a chance to be a star player for the Tigers, but he has fit in really nicely to the rotation as a sophomore, providing shooting, secondary ball-handling, and a smart defender.

PF [player_tooltip player_id='2419840' first='Cayden' last='Larson'] (Prairie)
The move: 53 to 22

The 6-7 big man has been good off the bench for the Hawks this season, showcasing tremendous footwork and touch around the rim with either hand as well as the ability to occasionally step out and stretch the floor. He's a mobile big man with good size, length, and feel for the game and is a big part of a loaded 2027 class at Prairie.

PF [player_tooltip player_id='2419783' first='Sam' last='Church'] (Muscatine)
The move: 35 to 24

Muscatine has been one of the most pleasant surprises in 4A this season, and the 6-4 Church has been a big part of the resurgence for the Muskies. He's a mobile forward who can play inside and out, showing good footwork and touch around the rim when posting up smaller defenders, and the ability to take bigger defenders off the dribble and get to the rim. Oh, and he's also shooting 51.4% from behind the arc.

SF [player_tooltip player_id='2419787' first='Jake' last='Wegmann'] (Beckman Catholic)
The move: 41 to 28

Wegmann has grown several inches since last year's season ended and his frame is really starting to fill out as well, making him a more dynamic playmaker off the dribble who can get to the bucket seemingly whenever he wants. Now listed at 6-5, he's a good athlete with the length to impact the game defensively (1.9 steals, 1.5 blocks per game), and he's a strong three-level scoring threat who is averaging 21.4 points per game on 49-48-76 shooting splits. His growth spurt, added muscle, and improved handles are the big contributors to his jump here.

SG [player_tooltip player_id='2377642' first='Carson' last='Riser'] (Clear Lake)
The move: 38 to 30

Riser has been a key player for the undefeated and top-ranked Lions, averaging 9.1 points, 2.1 rebounds, 1.9 assists, and 1.5 steals per game. He's a talented guard who can play with or without the ball in his hands, knocking down shots off the catch, or creating quality looks for his teammates off the dribble. He handles it well, has great vision, and does a nice job changing speeds.
