Brown was recently offered by Redlands, and that should be the first of many as he fits the mold of recent Oklahomans who take the now more popular JuCo to D1 pipeline. Springy athlete, with great hangtime on drives. Which allows the lefty to hit tough shots in the mid-range and at the rim, which he did down the stretch of an OT win. He also hit big free throws in the extra frame to secure the win. Continues to get after it on defense, with ball pressure or swatting the occasional shot at the rim. Brown and PCN are one of Oklahoma's red hot teams this season, and they'll have a chance to keep their streak going tonight against Westmoore for the Joe Lawson tournament championship.

No back down in Thomas' game, as he even picked the pocket of PCN's top guards a few times. Continues to display great vision on drives, making tight pocket passes to open teammates near the rim or kicking it to shooters. Comes across as a gamer, had one stretch where he swung a great kick out to a shooter, then was the one to grab the miss and score himself. Started to make noise this summer and scrimmage season, seems to be carrying over to make him one of the better traditional point guards in Oklahoma.

The long armed senior had a ridiculous finish through traffic during a third quarter that saw Weatherford fully break the game wide open. Great agility and body control for his size on drives, plus his long arms allow to make tough finishes at the rim. Even with other creators on the team, Sage still appears to be the lynchpin of getting his teammates involved. From half court sets that rely on his accurate passing, to grabbing boards and quickly making passes to teammates. Impressive athlete, but also does a lot of little things to make the Eagles soar.

Considering that for the last few years Smith has practiced every day against the giant frontline of his Eagles teammates, it shouldn't be a shock that's he turning into a quality finisher at the rim. Add in some timely three point shooting, and he's becoming even more of a threat who must be accounted for by the opposition. A lot of pub goes to the rest of the Eagles teammates, but Smith has been rock solid since his freshman year and now appears to carving out an even bigger scoring role.

Continuing to make his mark amongst Norman North's talented sophomore group. Generally did a good job against PCN's wave of pressure, even paying them back with a couple steals leading to transition points of his own. Seems to be maturing into an unflappable guard, who combines good finishing at the rim with creation for others. A steady guard, who's influence will grow throughout the season.

Putnam City North is filled with up tempo guards and tough forwards. But sometimes they're going to need an extra scoring punch from a shot maker, and that's where the junior steps in off the bench. Had a good little scoring spurt in the second quarter, is a very capable catch and shoot option. Also had a nice finish at the rim. Seems to be carving out a role that will help him impact winning.
