(1) Sauk Rapids-Rice 87 Champlin Park 73. In a fun but wild game, the Storm got ahead 20 with their great rebounding efforts and their ball movement, while Champlin Park seemed to be in a race against one another to see who could get the shot up the quickest. An 18 footer missed, then a 20 footer missed, then a 23 footer missed, and a 24 footer missed. Why not try and get the rhythm back with a 30 footer? (It missed).

The game would have been a bigger blowout but the team with the quicker smaller players (CP) eventually started pressuring the team that has no true point guard, and it led to turnovers and a four score game in the second half.
