South Dakota 2025 Rankings: Top Point Guards Rise

The updated South Dakota 2025 rankings are live on the site!

There are a total of 300 prospects ranked, with 52 new additions to the board.

In this update, there is some exciting movement in the top 10, with also a newcomer in the top 10.

The headline is that the top two point guards in the state, Markus Talley Markus Talley 6'1" | PG Mitchell | 2025 State SD of Mitchell and Easton Neuendorf Easton Neuendorf 5'11" | PG Hamlin | 2025 State SD of Hamlin, both rise up the board. Both point guards are coming off of state titles. Both point guards move up one spot in a tight top 6. Talley becomes the #2 ranked prospect and Neuendorf landing at #5. The two guards are moved up because I just believe they're going to be able to impact a game more at the next level, with their heavy usage and ability to dictate a game with the ball in their hands often. Talley will be playing at Augustana University and Head Coach Cody Schilling next year, while Neuendorf is taking his talents to Briar Cliff University.
