-Kelly might be my favorite find of the event at the guard position, impressing throughout a game that saw him engineer a comeback with his frontcourt teammate. Kelly's pre-catch reads of the defense are on point because he knows where he is going before the ball arrives and he gets there efficiently without a ton of wasted movement or dribbles. Loved his activit activity chasing down rebounds and getting his team moving in transition. The IQ stood out both on (as mentioned earlier) and off the ball as a cutter, proving his value with a great give n go on the dive to the rim for the layup through the contact midway through the 3Q. Definitely a prospect that will be added to our rankings in January!

-Always come impressed by Brown's impact in different areas of the game, doing all of the dirty work that leads to wins in a long season. Brown stepped up with his backcourt mate sitting out the contest and handled the offensive load, distributing the ball well in the halfcourt and securing 4 offensive rebounds to extend possessions for an offense that struggled to get going in the first few minutes. Brown is always on go, playing with a nonstop motor that makes his speed in the open court even more of an advantage-creator in space.

-Super athletic/dynamic downhill driver that uses standout speed and leaping ability to get to the basket. The jumper was just barely off on several jumpers but he secured two of the rebounds to score on putbacks around the basket. Thomas' change of speed and sharp driving angles allow him to get to his spots in the halfcourt, finding teammates on the perimeter for easy looks that just weren't falling tonight. Defensively-Thomas harnesses that athleticism to guard 1-3 and be a deterrent for rim runs in the paint. Intriguing prospect to track

-Keep coming away impressed by the floor general's well-rounded impact on the game, frequently turning in double digit stat lines with ~5 rebounds and assists. Carter started the game off hot with 4 early assists, 3 leading to shooters out of sets but the most impressive being a thread-the needle whip pass with the left hand from the left slot to the roller at the rim for the easy layup. Still want to see him stay home more often defensively and force opponents to make shots over him, but his activity off the ball makes up for it on most nights. Carter's year-to-year improvement shows the maturity as a pass-first point guard that is understanding how to get his own within the flow of the offense. If he can add a consistent floater and more finishing moves around the basket, I expect his recruitment to pick up over the next 7 months.

-Overcame a pretty miserable offensive first half by darting through the lane on a regular basis to collect several hockey assists after his kickout led to a great one-more for a perimeter J from one of his teammates. The shifty point guard bends the defense because of his ability to get to the cup, distribute, pull up on a dime for an elbow J, or ball fake to create space for himself. Young was a defensive menace both on the ball and as a helper in his team's fullcourt press, turning a single-digit game into a 16-point win for Cardozo

-Continue to come away impressed with Moultrie's maturity on the ball, turning down rushed shots on the perimeter or forced shots in the paint to pivot around and find a better scoring opportunity. Moultrie hit a lay in transition to get himself going, scored a floater off glass through the contact (converting the ensuing FT), had a great drive down the middle and dump to the big to stop the bleeding for his team during a scoring drought, grabbed a rebound late and went coast to coast for the easy deuce, and knifed through the defense just under a minute left to finish with the inside hand reverse lay off glass to put Spalding back up for good. The defensive rebounding to close out possessions for his team was huge in the win over a scrappy FCS team
