The favorite has two D2 kids, a future football D2 kid, and an up and comer. They have more fire power than others, they just need to have a bit more guard depth, and they need the right mix. If they get that.... they could win a game at state.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>St. Michael-Albertville. STMA might be more talented, bigger up front, and have more potential than I think people recall. Hudson and Jeremiah are a great backcourt and they have Thelen up front, but don't forget about Holm!</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Buffalo. The high school team that won a ton of AAU games. Buffalo was an average high school team last year that graduated it's best three players, and they were beating good AAU teams left and right. Chemistry and working hard, it can beat an all star group more times than not. </p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Rogers. Rogers has two guys back from last year's quality team and that is Mix and Colton. They will take a step back but still be solid.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Brainerd. I feel like Brainerd will never be a team that you can just add up as a win. They are too well coached and always have enough depth to win games. </p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Bemidji. Boschee scored 24 a game last year! Now he is an upperclassmen. With Riewer growing up front, I think this team can be very good. </p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Sartell-St. Stephen. Sartell should be better. They have one of the better shooters in the state in Lewis and there are veteran guys returning to this team.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Elk River. [player_tooltip player_id='1560831' first='Levi' last='Harris'] is getting back and that is huge. Tough to know where a guy can be right after that injury but he will help. Dom Webster up front is key and don't forget about Spanier who scored 13 a game last year. </p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Moorhead. The Spuds lost a ton of players. This spot is more of a "we really don't know" at this point just because they lost so much. </p> <!-- /wp:paragraph -->
