[player_tooltip player_id='2400077' first='Eli' last='Hegle'] - Not many 2028 sophomores lead their teams in scoring at the 4A level like Hegle did at 19 points per game for the Buffalo Bison. The six-foot-two-inch guard looks to be always under control if that's either on the perimeter with good footwork off the dribble or getting into the paint and finishing off two feet. Hegle works for the Bison as a primary scorer and secondary creator.

[player_tooltip player_id='2413330' first='Judd' last='Layton'] - The six-foot-three-inch 2028 sophomore guard from Big Lake really showed up last spring and summer for the [program_tooltip program_id='2888391' first='Minnesota' last='Comets'] as a scorer on the perimeter, shooting and driving. This season Layton carried over that strong play for the Hornets scoring 20 points per game. Layton's outside shooting really picks up his scoring average but his rebounding at his position makes him such a positive player on the floor as he averaged 7.4 rebounds per game. Layton will play for the [program_tooltip program_id='2888391' first='Minnesota' last='Comets'] Gagner this spring and summer.

Makoa Fuller - The six-foot-four-inch 2028 wing from Hill-Murray Fuller impressed me last spring with his effort and ability on the offensive glass. This season Fuller seems to have made good strides as a slashing stronger from the perimeter adding some soft footwork moves and more polished finishes. Fuller's perimeter shot looks more polished as well and smooth. Fuller averaged 12 points and 5 rebounds per game on the season. You can see Fuller on [program_tooltip program_id='2075672' first='Minnesota' last='Fury'] Shepherd this spring and summer.

https://twitter.com/MakoaFuller/status/2032646635352645765

[player_tooltip player_id='2837250' first='Zeid' last='Ndiaye'] - Ndiaye is a six-foot-seven-inch 2028 forward that also plays soccer at Concordia Academy. Ndiaye showed potential last season with [program_tooltip program_id='2075674' first='Minnesota' last='Heat'] Dedina who'll play again this season and in the semi-finals game against Minnehaha Academy to finish out the season he looks to have improved in ways that'll make him more of an impact player on the court. His size makes him able to guard most forwards, and his agility and footwork make him able to cover on the perimeter a bit.

https://twitter.com/ZeidNdiaye/status/2034008094917718351

[player_tooltip player_id='1438524' first='Carter' last='Neitzel'] - Neitzel is a six-foot-five-inch 2028 sophomore from Mayer Lutheran that averaged 13.7 points per game. Neitzel is a good floor spreading perimeter shooter. He can put the ball down and drive to the basket and use his size to float shots over defenders. Seems capable and able to handle the ball on the perimeter at bit, and his 2.3 assists per game mark he moves the ball. Neitzel grabbed 5 rebounds per game while also nabbing 2.7 steals and blocked 1.6 shots.

https://twitter.com/CarterNeitzel24/status/2030162674550509941

[player_tooltip player_id='2893609' first='Kedi' last='Oman'] - Oman is a six-foot guard from Lyle/Pacelli that showed range on his shot from the perimeter and solid ability off the ball to catch and shoot.Oman showed ability in the open floor and transition creating opportunities with steals and jumping passing lanes. Oman seems like a good ball handler that could use some tightening up, but I like his vision with the ball in creating.

https://twitter.com/kedi_oman/status/2033309783680241735

[player_tooltip player_id='2385464' first='Noah' last='Shubert'] - Shubert is a six-foot-two-inch 2028 guard from Kasson-Mantorville high school that scored 13 points per game while making 39% of 3-point attempts. Shubert tied the all-time record for makes behind the arc with 77. Shubert has a very quick release, and even can shoot the no-dip 3-point shot. Shubert shows good court awareness in transition, getting to the corner and spreading the floor.

https://twitter.com/NShubert2028/status/2035563354450698724

Vinnie Pocius - Pocius is a five-foot-eleven-inch point guard from Kasson-Mantorville that averaged 10.5 points, 4 rebounds, 4.5 assists and 2.3 steals per game. The 2028 sophomore guard can shoot off the ball in catch and shoot situations, navigates ball screen action well, and as a defender will get close and will be aggressive.

https://twitter.com/VinniePocius/status/2030472200734556482

[player_tooltip player_id='2747286' first='Elijah' last='Hust'] - Hust is a six-foot-two-inch 2028 guard from Rochester Lourdes that averaged 17.7 points per game while shooting 51% from the floor overall. Hust showed to be a capable and consistent player on the boards averaging 7.7 rebounds per game. Hust had a balanced scoring diet making shots from outside the 3-point line, in the mid-range, and close to the basket. Hust looks to work as a secondary creator averaging 2.4 assists per game while being a primary scorer on the wing as a combo guard.

https://twitter.com/HustElijah/status/2033583892905549944

[player_tooltip player_id='2397563' first='Thomas' last='Jordan'] - The 2028 six-foot-four-inch 2028 forward from Buffalo averaged 18 points, 6 rebounds, and 5 assists a game for the Bison. Jordan is a solid inside scorer at his position and will attack defenders by putting the ball on the floor from the perimeter. He's a mid-30's 3-point shooter with a good release while being a solid contributor to everything on the floor like rebounding, team defense and creating for others.

[player_tooltip player_id='2673170' first='Covin' last='Winter'] - The six-foot-five-inch 2028 forward from Mankato Loyola Winter averaged 17.2 points per game while grabbing 11.6 rebounds as well. Winter has made a solid jump with perimeter scoring ability shooting the ball, moving, and driving hard and finishing at the rim. His jump shot is fluid and the form looks nearly perfect from dip to release. Winter's showed strong ability to defend the basket as a shot blocker blocking 2.3 shots per game.

https://twitter.com/CovinWinter2028/status/2035828238086258878

Eli Hegle Eli Hegle Eli Hegle 6'1" | CG State MN - Not many 2028 sophomores lead their teams in scoring at the 4A level like Hegle did at 19 points per game for the Buffalo Bison. The six-foot-two-inch guard looks to be always under control if that's either on the perimeter with good footwork off the dribble or getting into the paint and finishing off two feet.
