I believe Jackson had equalled Mankato West's entire scoring total in the first half of their game on Sunday. Driessen has established himself as one of the top three point shooters in the state's 2025 class, and was a threat to pull-up from just about anywhere in the half-court. Jackson was knocking down threes, and utilizing shot fakes before blowing by defenders to get to the rim. Does a nice job of playing off two feet around the basket, showing the body control to finish through some contact. It wouldn't surprise me to see him put up some explosive scoring games this winter.

Tommy just continues to show improvements every time I see him play. Shakopee was missing some key players, and it's only fall league so it's hard to make an assumption on what the rotation will look like, but Tommy impressed in big minutes against BSM. When he caught on the block he showed excellent touch hitting short turnaround jumpers, and also showed he can put the ball on the floor and attack from the wing. Looked really comfortable taking one/two dribbles and finishing with some fluidity around the rim. Still an intriguing prospect with a lot of upside.

Even as just a sophomore, Kwa's speed is on a different level from the competition. He was flying up and down the floor to make plays in transition, and was blowing by defenders off the dribble to get to the rim in the half-court. Silikpoh is fearless attacking the basket against size, and seems to hang in the air to finish around length. Also has the vision to deliver an accurate pass while attacking full speed down the lane. Defensively he's a pest on the ball and has great instincts to jump lazy passes for steals.

Anthony hit some tough shots to help push Hopkins to a win over BSM. When you get on an island with him, there isn't much you can do, as he's so good at creating space for a jumper. He's also added some strength since last season, and isn't afraid to just bully opposing guards to get to the rim for high percentage looks. When he gets into a rhythm, he's one of the most electric scorers in the state.

Dorian brings length, mid-range shooting, and defensive versatility to the floor for DeLaSalle. Offensively he showcased a dangerous pull-up jumper, with the ability to get to his spots off of limited dribbles. His long frame and release point make it difficult to contest when he gets into a pocket of space. Defensively he was able to guard a number of different spots on the floor. Can move his feet on the wing, or play as a small-ball post and defend size around the rim. Played a key role in his team's win over Eastview.

Jalen has a level of skill you don't often see in guys 6'7. He can go to work out of the post, create separation for pull-up threes, or go coast-to-coast for transition buckets. When matched up against size Jalen simply caught the ball on the perimeter, and was able to beat his man off the dribble. When teams tried to throw a wing on him, Jalen utilized his handle and strong frame to bulldoze his way to the basket. BSM came up short against Hopkins, but then came away with a win over Shakopee in their next game.

Donte has the look of someone who could take on a much bigger role for South St. Paul this winter. He's a long and athletic guard who can handle the ball some, or play out on the wing. Branch showcase the ability to hit the open three, but was at his best out in the open floor where he can get to the rim for acrobatic finishes or facilitate to his teammates. Loves to play fast but usually is able to remain under control even when going full speed on the ball.
