Breaking down some of the top point guards in Oklahoma's senior class.

The highest upside guard on this list due to his unique combo of size, athleticism and feel. Will be perfect for a switchable defense, as he can pick up smaller guards and switch onto taller wings. Possible even capable of matching up with some forwards. Up and down spring finished with a strong close out to his summer where his ability to get downhill and create for others was apparent in July. Smooth for his size, allowing him to get where he wants. Doesn't look to score as much as he potentially should, as continuing to develop his jumper will be needed to reach success at the next level. But the touch he does have in the mid-range does indicate with work his three pointer will improve. Set for a huge senior season for one of the top programs in Oklahoma.

Traditional point guard, who always looks to create. Great passer in transition, awesome at navigating ball screens and reading the defense in the halfcourt. Plays patient but processes the game quickly. Provides scoring punch with true NBA range pull ups from three. Leads by example with steady play but continuing to improve being vocal will be a must for him to command a college team. Has been part of three straight state semifinal teams at Crossing Christian, impacting winning all three years with clutch play. Along with success at the highest national level of grassroots basketball. Winner, will improve a college's team floor immediately with his work ethic and feel for the game.

Speedy lead guard who has been the backcourt catalyst to back to back Class 4A State Championships for Douglass. Will snatch ankles with his combo of quickness and handles, then drop a tear drop floater over a help side post. Jumper has steadily improved throughout his high school career, including hitting big shots in last year's 4A State Title game. A 94 feet style defender, who plays with just as much passion on the defensive end as he does on offense. Has become a priority target for top tier NAIA programs that understand the positive impact he could have as a four year building piece.

Hard nosed and up tempo, Gunn is a relentless driver for a guard of his size. While also capable of getting after it on defensive end. Shooting ability picked up as a junior and now is a consistent threat from beyond the arc. An added benefit to playing at Union, already has great chemistry and feel at setting up post players. From making the right reads in transition, playing off of ball screens and putting the ball high so post players can easily score, Gunn has shown all these traits and knows how to male life easier for his bigs. Good representative of the depth of Oklahoma's class for players that will be able to slot into a role and excell at the next level.

Freeman has been one of the best scorers in the small town ranks thanks to great handles and shooting ability. Will still provide a scoring punch for 6A Owasso, but now will play more of his entry level college role at running a team filled with size and scorers. Looked more than capable of doing that during the summer. Very few holes in his game, and playing with other high level players should help him better understand how to do more with less dribbles. An aspect that will help make the transition to college more seamless for the complete lead guard.

Love the combo of quickness and savy the 405 guard plays with. Deep range on his three pointer opens up his ability to attack, which leads to scoring for himself and creation for others. Plays with noticeable swagger, that includes using his small size to advantage when slipping by taller defenders with quickness and understanding of angles. Has become a a priority target for regional NAIA programs and would also likely thrive at the JuCo level as well. Will be one of the top overall scorers in Oklahoma this winter for potential Class 3A State Tournament team, Crooked Oak.

Big time shooter, who plays with a fun flair with the way he successful gambles on defense and his court vision. The type of momentum shooter that once one shot from deep goes in, the next few are likely nothing but net as well. One of the more entertaining players to watch in Oklahoma. Especially after a summer of growth while playing quality grassroots ball. Okay will be looking to get over the hump and take a Class A title back to eastern Oklahoma.
