Hogans, who will continue his career at American University, had strongs showings with both 6th Boro Hoops and Hotchkiss this summer. A big guard that excels as an efficient scorer, Hogans gets it done at all three levels. He has a college ready frame, next level vision, and the requisite size to take a bump and still hold his spot. He's quick into his shot, can put it on the deck to get into his pull-up, and has a nice floater game in the paint. He's a high IQ prospect that has great feel for the game and makes quick decisions with the basketball. Defensively, he's strong enough to guard up a position and athletic enough to slide down and stay in front of smaller guards. He does a good job of reading angles and uses his strength to guard physically without fouling. He's one of the most well-rounded Shooting Guards in the region and is primed for a huge season at Hotchkiss this winter.

Goldman, who makes his way to St. Thomas More from California, had an excellent summer with BTI Select. A UC-Irvine commit, Goldman is a crafty three-level scorer that can get his shot off at any time due to his quick release and elevation. He does a nice job of attacking off the bounce and finishing in a variety of ways at the rim. He's a solid athlete that has nice burst when he puts the ball on the floor. He's tough in the open floor where he does a good job of running lanes off the ball and making quality decisions when he has the ball in his hands. On top of all that, he's a terrific perimeter shooter that can make tough shots on the move. Defensively, his size and length allows him to guard up and down a position and he's proven to be instinctive in passing lanes. He's a big time scorer that should play a key role at St. Thomas More this winter before heading to the Division I level next year.

Price, who heads to Loomis Chaffee from Texas for a post-graduate year, makes his first appearance in the New England rankings after an impressive showing at the NEPSAC Showcase. A terrific athlete, Price had a solid summer on the Under Armour Association while playing for It's Fox Nation. A plus defender and solid rebounder, he has great positional size and long arms that, combined with his athleticism, allow him to be disruptive on the ball, in passing lanes, and around the rim. With his physical gifts and feel for the game on that end of the floor, he profiles as one of the region's top perimeter defenders. Offensively, he shows the ability to get into the paint off the bounce, where he can make plays for others or finish through contact at the rim. He wows in the open floor, where he utilizes his athleticism aggressively attack the rim. He's a good passer that shows the ability to operate as a secondary initiator when needed. He's a definite Division I prospect that should have the eyes of numerous coaches on him this fall.

Losiewicz starred this summer while running with Team White Mamba and profiles as a prospect that should have a big season on a national stage at the Newman School. A physcial guard with an advanced skillset, Losiewicz is a good athlete and crafty scorer that can play on or off the ball. He's a good athlete that can make plays above the rim in transition and while slashing in the half-court. He can score with either hand around the rim and does a good job of stepping into his shot off catch-and-shoot situations. He's a good decision maker with the ball in his hands and makes quality reads in ball screens and transition. Defensively, he's tough on the ball, physical at the point of attack, and does a great job of rebounding in space. He'll have a chance to impress this fall as numerous coaches are expected to be in the Newman gym and should be able to play his way into scholarship consideration.

Pagano makes his way to Cheshire Academy from Pennsylvania, appearing in our rankings for the first time. The PA Hoops Academy guard had a strong showing on the travel circuit this summer, proving to be a consistent and reliable perimeter shooter. He has a high release point and gets the ball into his shooting slot quickly off the catch. He moves well without the ball, finding open windows off drives and doing early work to get his feet set. When the ball finds him, he makes quick decisions, either attacking space off the bounce or moving the ball with crisp passes. Defensively, he can guard either spot in the back-court and has proven to be a reliable team defender that is willing to get on the floor for loose balls and take charges when necessary. He should be on the radar of high academic D3's and has a chance to become a priority recruit for those type of programs this winter.
