A long, bouncy wing who can defend multiple positions, he had a breakout sophomore season and then followed that up with the best spring and summer of any player in the state. He picked up high-major offers from Iowa, Iowa State, Nebraska, and TCU, and more are probably coming. He's a highly efficient forward who scores in bunches around the rim and in the mid-range, and he has the ability to occasionally step out and knock down 3s as well. A skilled scorer and dominant rebounder, he will put up massive numbers as a senior for the Indians.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p><strong>2025 [player_tooltip player_id='2721680' first='Cael' last='Bruning'] (Spencer): 14.1 points, 4.0 rebounds, 2.0 assists, 1.3 steals</strong></p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Bruning put together a really solid junior year for the Tigers, leading the team in scoring, assists, and steals, and ranking second in rebounding.
