<p>[player_tooltip player_id='1790000' first='Ethan' last='Brown'] (Rolla): The 6'5" standout excels at either as a point guard, shooting guard or wing player. Regardless of what you list him as, he is a serious three-level bucket who can also make his teammates better with his passing and playmaking ability. He had one memorable game last season when he went off for 45 points against Springfield Central, who was the third-place team in Class 6. He also had a big summer with the Gateway-Knights in the UA circuit. He has received a number of Division I mid-major offers.</p>

<p>[player_tooltip player_id='1850530' first='Ian' last='Thomas'] (DeSmet): The 6'3 lefty point guard is a physical player with a high basketball IQ. He was the floor leader for the Spartans' Class 5 state championship team. He is at his best when he is slashing to the basket for layups or dropping dimes to open shooters. He averaged 9.1 points, three rebounds and three assists last season. He had a strong summer with Mid Pro (IL) 16Us. He has received a number of Division I offers, including a new one from SIUE this week.</p>

<p>[player_tooltip player_id='1775703' first='Eli' last='Herbert'] (Grain Valley): A 6'3" guard who recently gave a commitment to Liberty after a big summer with the KC Run GMC 16U squad. He is an excellent 3-point shooter who knocked down 69 triples as a sophomore. He can also create his own shot off the dribble and play at his own speed and under control. He finished the year averages of 17 points, 4.8 rebounds and nearly three assists a game.</p>

After missing his freshman year with an injury, he came back with a strong season in helping the Red Devils to a berth in the Class 6 state championship game. He averaged eight points and three assists a game. He was also a member of the [program_tooltip program_id='2075324' first='Brad' last='Beal Elite']'s 16U team that won the Nike EYBL 16U Peach Jam.</p>

He's a smooth lefty with physical strength and the ability to score at all three levels. His pull up game is nice and he really showcased an excellent 3-point stroke during the summer with the [program_tooltip program_id='2075378' first='MPJ' last='Elite'] 16U squad. He averaged 12 points a game as a sophomore.</p>

He penetrates well on the drive and has shooting range from 3-point distance. He figures to play a bigger role for the Wolverines this season as they seek another Class 4 state championship. He already holds a Division I offer from Lindenwood University.</p>

He changes speeds well to keep defenders off balance or he can go on the straight line drive, where he can attack and score with either hand. He is also a capable 3-point shooter off the catch. He had a strong summer with the VWBA 16U squad.</p>

He is a tough cover because he can use his physical strength to score inside and he compliments it with his 3-point shooting. As a sophomore, he averaged 18.7 points, 5.5 rebounds, four assists and three steals while shooting 39 percent from 3-point range.</p>
