Today Prep Hoops Illinois released our first look at the 2028 Class with a 30 Prospect Watch List. It is EXTREMELY EARLY in the process for this class as new names will be emerging in the coming months and years. I want to reiterate that THIS IS NOT A RANKING! Players in this class will not be ranked until at the earliest after their freshman campaigns. Think of this as an early list of freshman that you should check out during the season and keep an eye on.
