[player_tooltip player_id='1900239' first='Justin' last='Caldwell'] is the latest to infiltrate the Top 10 as he moves from No. 16 to No. 4 following a productive summer which has seen him draw in offers from the likes of Iowa, Oklahoma State and George Mason on the DI scene.
