He effectively uses a reverse move around the rim to avoid defenders. While he's a strong driver, he needs to work on his ball and body control. He used his strength well to collapse defenses and apply pressure around the rim. With good form on his shot, Green connected from beyond the arc and in the mid-range. Defensively, he provided constant pressure, whether by picking up the ball-handler right across half-court or using his quickness to frustrate opponents on-ball. Offensively, he has a lightning-quick pull-up that's tough for defenders to guard, and he hits his shots at an impressive percentage. His ball-handling is nifty, and he's quick and crafty when attacking the paint. Montgomery plays at a high pace and consistently produces. In transition, he consistently outran the defense with his speed, and on the other end, he sprinted back to disrupt what would have been easy scoring attempts. It was impressive to see his ability to recognize when to push the pace. While some might attribute it solely to his height, Hassan's success comes from finding a body, clearing the paint, and going after rebounds. His height and length create significant challenges for guards attempting close-range shots.
