Expert Analysis
Michael Schneiderman | Prep Hoops Scout
Bell provides assets in multiple phases of game. Attacks the paint with steam and balance playing off 2 feet. Converted on a tough reverse layup in traffic and another hard baseline drive 1 handed slam. Splashed in a 3 within rhythm. Also crashes the glass fearlessly on the offensive end for put backs from the guard location. Added a couple great reads on kickout passes for assists. Was over the double-digit marker in 1st half of morning game Sunday and overall plays with a natural competitive spirit.

Bell definitely put his name on our radars with an excellent performance in his second 5 on 5 game. Brings quality size at 6’3” as a two guard that poured in jumpers one after another from both mid-range and three. Off the catch, off the dribble, turnaround jumpers. They were all falling. Also threw some nice passes threading the needle for several dimes.

Athletic rangy combo guard with bounce. Had a nice fastbreak dunk in the final game of the afternoon. As a playmaker, he showed off some impressive vision with a few no-look passes. Threading the needle through tight windows for some nice assist chances. As that last game went on, he started showing more aggression attacking the rim with a quick burst down the lane. But his ability to get up and down the floor with pace might be his best trait. 2027 Jacobs prospect.

The 6’2″ guard demonstrated strong ball-handling skills, effectively protecting the ball while attacking the interior. Bell also had a standout moment when he received a hand-off, cut the corner perfectly, drove downhill, and finished with a score.
