<p>Wilcox kicks things off in a tie for 10th place with [player_tooltip player_id='2351002' first='PJ' last='Jeffries'] (Durham Academy) as a top returning scorer in the NCISAA 4A ranks. Wilcox produced 11.2 points per game this past season for the Cavaliers while also putting together five double-doubles to finish second in 4A, according to MaxPreps. He's an active presence to get to know in the 2025 class.</p>

<p>Jeffries kicks things off in a tie for 10th place alongside teammate [player_tooltip player_id='2532688' first='JJ' last='Wilcox'], with 11.2 points per contest. He's a sizeable guard as well at 6-foot-3 who knows how to set quite the tone with his shooting prowess from the perimeter. He knocked down 55 3-pointers this past season as a junior. </p>

<p>Rucks is a strong guard prospect at 6-foot-1 who's shown he can make his presence felt on the scoring front with Metrolina Christian Academy. He put up 12.2 points per game in a breakout junior campaign for the Warriors, which also saw him average 6.3 rebounds per game. Rucks is a guard who can get rebounds out of the net and find offense for himself in a hurry.</p>

<p>Dickerson is an emerging lead guard to get to know over at North Raleigh Christian Academy. He's shown he can score the ball in bunches after averaging 13.0 points per contest. As he improves his perimeter shooting, look for his name to grow on the unsigned senior track.</p>

<p>Wilkins returns for last year's NCISAA 4A state champions looking to do more damage. He was quite the presence in the painted area who put up 13.4 points per game to make his presence felt. As his recruiting has grown on a national scale, look for him to grow in a variety of ways on the scoring front for the Greenies. </p>

<p>Rousseau is an energetic wing/forward prospect to keep an eye on at Cary Academy in the NCISAA 4A ranks. He returns at No. 5 among the top scorers in the ranks after averaging 14.0 points per contest. He's an efficient scoring presence around the rim who's relentless when attacking the paint with his length. At 6-foot-6, he's an intriguing 2026 name for college programs in the region to know.</p>

He made quite the splash on the varsity stage already, posting 14.1 points per game to finish sixth in all of the NCISAA 4A, according to MaxPreps. He's a wiry prospect at 6-foot-3 who's shown he can score in a variety of ways on the floor.</p>

<p>Moore returns to the NCISAA 4A stage looking to make a splash with Ravenscroft, though he did his damage on the scoring front this past season with Cary Academy. He returns at No. 3 among top returning scorers after averaging 14.3 points per game during his sophomore year. He's a 2027 name to get to know. He'll be quite the addition alongside [player_tooltip player_id='1665791' first='Chance' last='Gladden'], a top name in the 2025 class, that's for sure.</p>

He returns as a top scoring presence after quite the breakout junior season which saw him produce 17.2 points per game for the Knights on the NCISAA 4A stage. He's a name to college programs in the region to get to know given his ability to score the ball, especially from the perimeter. </p>

He put up 17.6 points per game while shooting 49 percent from the field and 36 percent from 3-point range for the Cougars. He's a LM/MM prospect for colleges to get to know with offers already from a number of programs. </p>
