Jefferson put together a steady, complete showing as a guard who can help in several ways. He changed speeds well, created quality looks, and showed comfort scoring or facilitating. He does not need to dominate the ball to make an impact, which should translate well moving forward.

Jefferson is one of my favorite players to watch in North Carolina simply because of the level of consistency and simplicity he offers in his game. Jefferson displayed a ton of confidence in his shot from beyond the arc in this one and it payed off as he made incredibly timely shots from distance down the stretch vs Ardrey Kell. He provides this group with such a steady two way presence with his strong fame, high IQ, and skill level. He doesn’t show it super often but Jefferson is well above the rim and is dangerous in the open floor. He’s always under control with the ball in his hands along with being a really useful defensive player capable of helping in multiple ways at that end of the floor.

Jefferson continues to show everyone that he’s one of the most consistent players in North Carolina as he simply does his job every single time we see him. Jefferson continues to develop physically and now finds himself as a tough check with his blend of strength, athleticism, and skill. Jefferson has such a direct game, he gets to his spots and hits his shots along with being a connector at both ends of the floor. He can play on or off the ball and with a shorthanded Garner Road team, he saw his responsibilities increase and handled it with stride. Jefferson was really good in the 2nd half in Garner Road ‘s victory over Team Charlotte . Jefferson should continue to establish himself as a bonafide division one prospect.

Jefferson provides Garner Road 17u 3SSB with a reliable option on the offensive end with the ability to help this team in many different ways. This past weekend he averaged 14.3 Points, 5.8 Rebounds, 1.8 Assists, 1.8 Steals, and 0.5 Blocks per game on 54/58/100 shooting splits. Jefferson operated with extreme efficiency from every level this weekend and had a true breakout game in a 77-73 win over Slow Grind Elite with 28 Points, 5 Rebounds, 3 Assists, 3 Steals, with 6 made threes. The shot-making, poise, and two way ability for Jefferson makes him a low maintenance guard with the ability to have a massive impact at both ends of the floor. A really quality prospect to monitor closely this spring/summer.

Jefferson is a guy in North Carolina who somehow still remains under the radar in the recruiting world despite being a really well rounded prospect with clear cut translatable skills. This past season at Knightdale, his first with the program, Jefferson averaged 19.3 Points, 7.1 Rebounds, 3.3 Assists, 2.0 Steals, and 0.7 Blocks per game on 49/39/78 shooting splits. My personal favorite thing about Jefferson’s game is his awareness of where his spots are and knowledge on how to get to those spots with high frequency. He was an incredibly efficient scorer this past season while also playing a lot of minutes at the point guard position and his ability to make shots will be incredibly important to this Garner Road 3SSB 17u group which appears to have a great blend of talent as the roster has guys with many different skillsets that compliment one another. Jefferson should start to get more recruiting attention with his simple but really effective game, positional size, and efficiency.

In the back and forth battle between Knightdale and South Garner, Jefferson was the guy who came up big to seal the win for his team. He finished with 23 points 6 rebounds 5 assists 2 blocks and had the play of the game late in the fourth where he dropped a defender with a jab step into a pull up jump shot. He’s been a nice addition to the squad and has shown himself to be one of the more promising scorers in the area.

Jefferson is another guy that plays a very simple and translatable game. The thing that intrigues me the most about him is how much better he’s gotten since the end of the summer. He is a three level scorer with much improved athleticism that has made him that much more impactful at both ends of the floor. Jefferson knows where his spots are and how to get to them with a high level of regularity. Incredibly efficient with his mid-range pull up, Jefferson is also capable of playing the point which makes him that much more appealing as a prospect. With the move to Knightdale and the talent that surrounds him. Expect that sharp improvement curve to continue through the High School season and for Jefferson to really come into his own as a player.

An active guard presence who does well at playing passing lanes and making his presence felt as a pest defensively; offensively, he’s capable of creating his own shot in isolation and on the break with his length and ability to handle the basketball; one of a few names to know on the 3SSB stage with Garner Road

Another mover into the Top 10, Jefferson moves into the No. 7 spot in the latest rankings update. He’s a tweener prospect who’s shown he can get a ton of rebounds and create offense in an instant with his ability to maneuver to the painted area. He’s a prospect to get to know with Garner Road on the grassroots scene.

Jefferson made quite the splash in his varsity debut with North Raleigh Christian Academy on the NCISAA stage as he debuts at No. 13 in the 2027 player rankings debut. He led the Knights scoring and rebounding attack this season in averaging 14.1 PPG, 4.4 RPG, 1.7 SPG and 1.6 APG on 43 percent shooting from the field. He’s a prospect who can operate in a variety of ways with his length at 6-foot-3. Keep an eye on him this grassroots cycle with Garner Road on the 3SSB stage.
