This group took the defensive end seriously, creating numerous fast breaks and easy looks in transition. This group had a wide range of skill sets, but their two-way impact was among the most consistent of any of these teams.     Adkins put on a show in his two matchups, grabbing five or more steals in each of those games. Bringing quick instincts at the point of attack, the guard feasted on opposing guards doing too much one on one, creating plenty of coast to coast finishes. With the ball on a string, Adkins created plenty of quality looks at the rim after combo moves or simple rips past his defender. On limited volume, the guard converted some deep triples well beyond the arc, an important development for the lead guard.     Moreland took advantage of openings in the floor, attacking open space immediately off the rip. Dependable with the short floater, the guard found comfort in the mid-range, dependable while stepping into attempts ten to twelve feet or closer. Defensively, Moreland was flying all over the place on the help side, altering plenty of opposing attempts.     Holt proved himself as a gritty matchup on both ends of the floor, comfortable getting physical with opposing guards. Active creating jump balls and steals, Holt did not shy away from opportunities to rip away the ball from opponents. On the opposite end, the guard worked to get into the paint and draw fouls on a regular occasion.     Ibrahim was among the best two-way rebounders from this event, boasting notable strength and size to move around opponents. Quick on putbacks, the forward handled contact well, drawing quite a few fouls from his opportunities. Possessing great size this early on, Ibrahim's development over the coming seasons will be worth tracking, particularly with his handle against pressure. His presence was a complete x-factor for this group, adding size that only a couple teams could compete with.     Powell has gotten a bit taller since last summer, all while retaining the ball skills and supreme court vision. The guard is an impressive playmaker, comfortable finding one handed passes up to near full court distances with notable accuracy. Behind the arc, Powell was knockdown off the catch or while stepping into the shot, set to be a notable prospect at Severance.     Ortiz worked hard to put himself in ideal scoring positions, proactive on the fast break or as a slasher. There were not many names who actively spaced the floor while off-ball to Ortiz's degree, constantly on the move to pressure openings. His timely cuts allowed the guard plenty of scoring attempts at the rim, among the most efficient scorers in this group.     Ardoin worked to keep the pace up, pushing the break whenever possessing the ball. His ability to speed things up kept opposing defenses on their heels, often forcing miscommunications and open looks for teammates.     A dependable perimeter shooter off the catch, McMonigle brings good size at 6'1 or 6'2 for a shooting guard. Already fairly strong at this stage, the guard held his own defensively, altering plenty of shots with quality contests.
