The 2026 class took a hit recently as Bergen Catholic wing AJ Williams transferred to DME Academy in Florida. The group still has the potential to make an impact on the hardwood this season, especially on the perimeter. Here are the 2026 Non-Public wings to track this season.

[player_tooltip player_id='2342640' first='Austin' last='Workman'], 6'5 Morris Catholic

Workman ended the season on a high note with four consecutive games of at least 10 points and is looking to carry it over into the new season. The 6'5 wing is at his best attacking the basket as he finishes nicely around the basket and doesn't mind contact. Workman can also score in the mid-range and sets his feet before he shoots. He works hard on the boards and has the length to defend multiple positions on the floor. Workman is a lanky wing prospect whose ability to impact the game at both ends of the floor will help his stock in a big way this season.

[player_tooltip player_id='1919205' first='A'Zon' last='Young'], 6'3 St. Augustine

Young is joining the Non-Public ranks from Group 1 and is looking to make his impact felt right away. The Audubon transfer is a force down low as he knows how to get position in the paint and can finish through contact. Young can also put the ball on the floor and has a high release on his jumper. He rips down rebounds on both ends of the floor and slides his feet on the defensive end. Young is a physical forward prospect whose ability to play inside and out will help his game in a big way.

[player_tooltip player_id='1919213' first='Albion' last='Ahmetaj'], 6'5 St. Thomas Aquinas

Ahmetaj has the chance to breakout this season as he should get more touches on the offensive end. The 6'5 wing has a good first step, which he uses to get to the basket and finish around the rim. Ahmetaj uses his size to see over his defender and rarely forces jumpers in the halfcourt. He is a solid rebounder and influences shots on the defensive end. Ahmetaj is a long wing prospect who should develop his skills over the course of the season.

[player_tooltip player_id='1919204' first='Alex' last='Daniel'], 6'2 Wildwood Catholic

Daniel has the ability to play in the backcourt as well, making him an intriguing prospect to watch this season. The 6'2 wing uses his handle to beat his defender off the bounce and can finish in a number of ways around the basket. Daniel moves well without the ball in his hands, freeing himself for open layups and jumpers in the halfcourt. He is a strong rebounder and is an underrated passer. Daniel had eight double-doubles last season and should eclipse that number this season.

[player_tooltip player_id='1944384' first='Kahlik' last='Thomas'], 6'5 Roselle Catholic

Thomas had a strong spring and summer, which should carry over into the winter. The 6'5 forward works hard on the boards as he secures multiple second-chance opportunities for his team. Thomas has a nice touch around the basket and is able to draw contact in the paint. He has the potential to defend multiple positions on the floor and has a high release on his free throws. Thomas is a gritty forward prospect who does whatever it takes to help his team win games.
