The Prep Hoops Wisconsin Class of 2026 Player Rankings were released Tuesday, and the extensive list includes the top 175 players in the class. Below are profiles of point-guard newcomers to the top 100:

Brone is defintely on the radar of NCAA Division II programs after his strong summer showing with the
Wisconsin Playmakers
16U UA Rise squad. His length, skill and decision making are all strong points for the returning second-team all-Coulee Conference performer. Brone is a capable scorer to be sure, but his biggest strength is his court vision. He averaged 12.1 points and 5.5 assists as a sophomore for a G-E-T squad that won 20 contests.

A tough-as-nails competitor who can get into the lane off the dribble with his physical strength and aggressiveness, Blank is the type of player every teams wants on their side. His endless energy and strong desire to making winning plays with no regard for his body almost always result in positive plays for his team. Like Brone, Blank is a pass-first point guard, but he's more than capable of having a big night of his own offensively as his perimeter shot is strong and his ability to finish in the lane also is a plus.

Schlaefer is an emerging lead guard who played as a combination guard in the past. His playmaking ability has improved dramatically over the past few months and his unselfishness is an asset to go along with his scoring ability. Schlaefer's three-point shooting ability is an asset that goes along well with his explosiveness off the dribble. Schlaefer averaged 14 points, six rebounds and four assists as a sophomore while earning second-team all-Marawood South Conference laurels.

Heikkinen is a small lead guard, but his sparkplug nature played in a large role in the success of the Playmakers 16U UA Rise squad. His quickness, court vision and very impressive skill set are definite strong points for the two-year starter at Phillips. He is able to disrupt things on defense with his speed and lateral movement, not to mention his tireless peskiness. Heikkinen averaged 12.8 points, 3.5 rebounds and 2.6 assists en route to receiving unanimous first-team all-league laurels in the Marawood North Conference as a sophomore.

He averaged 16.0 points, 4.3 rebounds and 2.4 assists as a sophomore for the Cardinals and earned second-team all-Capitol North Conference honors.
