Carter is going to be terrorizing the rims at Stillwater for the next three years. At 6'3 he's an explosive athlete with the burst to get up and finish above the rim with some powerful dunks. Against Illinois Wolves UAA that's what happened on one occasion as Carter came slashing down the lane and threw down a hard dunk with a contesting defender nearby. When he wasn't making a highlight play, Carter was keeping things simple and working for high percentage looks around the rim. Was getting to his spots off of one/two dribbles, pinning his man behind his shoulder, and playing off two feet to power up under control. Also knocked down a mid-range jumper at the first half buzzer.

Lincoln possesses a combination of length and explosive athleticism that allows him to finish in impressive ways at the basket. He's a lob threat slashing to the rim, can work for easy buckets on the offensive glass, and is capable of maneuvering his way to the rim off the dribble. Whenever Lincoln got a lane to the rim he was looking to elevate and dunk no matter who was in his way. One of those players who seems to be able to go out and produce on a consistent basis just off of his effort and physical tools. The ceiling is sky high as he continues to add to his perimeter skillset.

Amari is certainly a capable scorer who can use his physical tools around the basket while also being able to knock down the open jumper, but it seems to be his defense that stands out most just about any time I watch him play. Against a Mac Irvin Fire 15u EYBL team that featured some of the top 2027 prospects in Illinois, and Amari certainly wasn't making things easy for them. Select switched him between a couple of the top guys throughout the game, and I'm not sure Amari gave up a single bucket to either in the half-court. He puts in the work to slide his feet and cut off his man any time they drive, and on the off-chance they took a risk to pull-up for a jumper, Amari was right there to get a hand in their face and force a miss. Turning into one of those players who you can throw on a team's star player and can expect to slash their production.

Yannick showed some nice flashes off the bench for [program_tooltip program_id='2075685' first='Minnesota' last='Select'] on Saturday. He was the lone sophomore on varsity for Burnsville last season, and saw a few minutes off the bench most games. Based on Saturday's showing he could be ready to step into a bigger role, and be a key player by the time his senior season rolls around. He's a springy 6'6 wing/forward who can attack the basket and finish strong inside. Covers a lot of ground off one dribble, and can also pick up chances with his effort on the glass. Versatile defender who can man the post or move his feet out on the wing based on the lineup his team puts on the floor.

Ganden seems to produce at a high level any time I watch [program_tooltip program_id='2075704' first='MN' last='Rise'] play. The Mankato East wing is a versatile player due to his perimeter skill-set and strong 6'5 frame. Is able to take smaller wings down to the block and score out of the post, but defend him with size and he can break his man down off the dribble from the perimeter. In a win over Gateway Knights he got hot in the second half, knocking down a handful of threes in quick succession to really put the game away. Someone who can hit shots off the catch or create on his own when needed.

There aren't many guys in the state who have been scoring at the level Riley has been this spring/summer. When he gets hot, there really isn't anything defenders can do to stop him. Riley is capable of knocking down shots from well beyond the high school arc, but play him too tight and he can get you in the air with a shot fake before attacking the rim. Isn't afraid to go right into contact and hang in the air to score against length. Against a Meanstreets EYCL team that featured some scholarship level wings, Riley went off for 27 points.

Justin looks set for a nice senior season at Racine Lutheran. [program_tooltip program_id='2127820' first='Racine' last='Truth'] doesn't have a lot of size, so they rely on ball pressure and quick buckets against bigger teams. Justin excels in that fast paced style of play as he's a strong finisher in transition, and has good instincts to jump lazy passes and get out in the open floor. Has always been able to attack the basket off the dribble and use his strong frame to finish, but this summer he's showing to be a much more consistent shooter. Leave him open from three and he can make you pay.
