Hoosier Shootout: 8 Players to Watch

From 3SSB to Peach Jam, the action has been non-stop this month with plenty more on the way. This weekend, the action picks back up with the Hoosier Shootout at the Mojo Up Sports Complex in Noblesville. Mitchell is coming off a really strong summer with Indiana Elite 2025 being one of the reasons they were able to make to the 3SSB championship game. He is an elite scorer that provides so much production on the floor in many areas. It took a little while, but D1 schools are starting to take notice of this talented prospect. He has had a couple stops this summer with AAU squads but this weekend he will be rolling with the ultra-talented Indiana Elite 2026 squad. He is a high-upside, two-way wing that has just gotten better and more comfortable as a basketball each time we watch him. He plays with maturity, a solid IQ, has a lot of length for his age and is a player that is going to get better and better throughout his high school career. He is a quick, strong defender and passer and overall just provides a bunch of versatility as a guard.
