Here are the seven prospects who impressed on Championship Sunday at the Prep Hoops Hard Work Region Finals in Minneapolis!

CJ has looked great this spring and summer headed into his senior season. He has really improved as an athlete, now being able to play above the rim for high flying blocks and dunks in traffic. He is a dynamic finisher around the basket, converting on full speed layups in transition and getting downhill for controlled finishes off of two feet in the half court. Armstrong can also hit super difficult looks off of the dribble from the perimeter, being tough to contest with his lengthy 6'3” frame.

Isaac put on two phenomenal performances in both the semifinal and championship games on Sunday, leading his team to the 16U title. He needed to be accounted for from well beyond the three-point line, as he is a threat to hit shots as soon as he passes half court. He is extremely unpredictable, being able to connect with looks off balance or with a hand in his face off the dribble. Olmstead also has great vision and was finding teammates for easy makes.

Isa is fun to watch facilitate with the ball in his hands, knowing how to work alongside a ton of talented players. He was finding teammates with some crazy passes, no-look, behind the back, you name it. The 2025 guard is also able to score from all three levels, pulling up from deep or in the mid-range, as well as using his speed to get downhill. He was using all kinds of shot fakes to get defenders off their feet to free himself for open layups.

Azayah is the full package on the offensive side of the ball, being able to score in any way from anywhere on the floor. He is an explosive finisher around the basket, being able to rise up for dunks above the rim or crafty finishes through traffic. He can pull up off the dribble from either the mid-range or three-point, having a many ways he can create separation from defenders. Washington was also flying around on defense, forcing turnovers.

Ayden is always playing hard when he is on the floor, impacting the game in so many ways as a 5'9” guard. He is a fantastic ball handling option, looking very comfortable conducting his team's offense. He has good vision, being able to hit teammates with accurate passes out of the pick and roll, or with longer passes to spark transition oportunities. He is a knockdown shooter from deep and can also use his quickness to attack the basket.

Colin turned in a really solid performance in the 15U quarterfinals, helping his team to a hard fought win. He is a well rounded player and was making a major impact on both ends of the floor. The 2027 guard is a good on-ball defender and was getting his hands in passing lanes for steals. He cashed in on a ton of fast break layups, but was also going to work in the half court. He was fighting through traffic for tough finishes and can step out and hit shots from deep as well.

Despite the quarterfinal loss, Traeshon's full offensive skillset was on display. He is a 2028 prospect but was playing up at the 15U level this past weekend. He was one of the smaller players on the floor, but he more than makes up for it with his ability to create using the dribble. He is lightning quick and was leaving defenders in the dust all game. He was hitting on shots from well beyond the three-point line and was not scared to absorb contact on takes to the rim.
