Butler County's [player_tooltip player_id='1229151' first='Ty' last='Price'] holds a handful of D1 scholarship offers and it's easy to see why. Price is an elite shooter with deep range. Ty is skilled with a good first step and knows how to get into the paint. He has to improve his on the ball defense before he lands at the next level but from all indications, Ty is a very hard worker so I'm sure he'll improve on the defensive end.

[player_tooltip player_id='1130315' first='Sawyer' last='Thompson'] is a versatile point guard as he spends his high school season averaging 25+ per game then transitioned to an AAU season where he was playing as a pass first facilitator and ball hawk. Thompson could end up as a 3,000 point scorer for Pineville before graduation and holds some scholarship offers already. Look for him to draw more college interest in the coming months.

[player_tooltip player_id='1302983' first='Chance' last='Dillingham'] of Saint X has had a huge last 12 months or so and is firmly in the mix to be player of the year in the 7th region this year. Dillingham is capable of scoring or creating offense for others and is a big reason why the Tigers were one of the breakout teams of last season. Chance is very quick and is a deadly three point shooter (especially from the corners).

[player_tooltip player_id='1418231' first='Santonio' last='Waide'] remains in the rankings but there are some heavy rumors that Waide is headed out to Las Vegas for a prep school this season. If he stays in Kentucky, Santonio would make Great Crossing the heavy favorite to win the KHSAA state title this year. Santi is very skilled and an adept passer. He makes those players around him better and creates a lot of open looks off his penetration and kicks.

Calloway County's [player_tooltip player_id='1229152' first='Eli' last='Finley'] is one of the best scoring guards in the class and it's not uncommon for him to go for 30 points in a game. Eli has a good feel for the game and knows how to use angles to get around defenders and finish at the rim. A good shooter and capable passer, Finley checks a lot of boxes that coaches are looking for at the next level and is super high academic.
