Arizona will be well represented in the event and below are some of the top 3 & D prospects to watch.

: Wabbington is one of the most coveted prospects on the West coast regardless of class because of his play style that mirrors what is seen at the pro level for players at his position. Defensively, Wabbington controls the paint with his size and is one of the best shot blockers/contested in the state. He steps out onto the perimeter and showcases a smooth shot that is one of the best for any big in the 2027 class. The upside is immense on both sides of the court and Wabbington could become even more dominant as time goes on.

competing with Team USA and not participating in the event, college coaches will rightfully flock to one of the best prospects on the west coast in Branch. The first thing that jumps out as you watch him compete is his athleticism that allows him to guard 3-5 with ease as his versatility in guarding both wings and bigs make him a valuable piece in the Perry system. Branch steps out into both the mid-range and the perimeter and has become a threat especially from deep and will make a lackadaisical defense pay.

: The five star Millennium junior is one of the highly sought after prospects that’ll have college coaches watching him from the moment he walks in the building on Friday. A big reason for this is the upside Holmes possesses as a defender who brings positional versatility with his ability to guard wings, power forwards, and guards with ease. His length allows him to jump into passing lanes and disrupt shooters who can’t adjust to the tenacity Holmes plays with. As a shooter, Holmes has only gotten better as time has gone on as he now knocks down NBA range three point attempts regularly is one of the best shooters from the wing spot in the class.
Cameron Williams

: No prospect has jumped higher up the national radar in recent months more than the Saint Mary’s post. After a stellar season for SM and off-season on the club circuit, Williams has become one of the top prospects in the state regardless of class and one of the best on the West Coast. A big reason is due to how versatile Williams is on the defensive end. His speed as a post player allows him to always be in the right position before the player he’s defending can adjust. His long arms deflect shots and disrupt shooters even when he can’t get a hand on the ball for a block and he clogs passing lanes leading to mistakes for opposing players. Offensively he’s improving as a shooter as he knocks down the mid-range but has shown the ability to knock down the three ball when left open and has knocked down catch and shoot attempts from deep as well.
