Next NHR State Tournament – Early Going Prospect Standouts

Teams coming from several different states to compete and show their stuff. Covering the 2028 - 14U division, below is some prospects that have jumped out from the play from Friday night and into midday on Saturday. </p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p><strong>Talon Fabian | 5'8" | SG | 2028 | Mississippi Valley Current | G.E.T High School</strong></p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Prospect had a really good first half of his game on Saturday. Working mostly off the left side of the court, by my estimate he hit at least three 3s, had a nice pullup jumper, and then a good drive over top of his defender and into the lane for a score. They went to him in the post frequently. He was often aggressive, and noticed once or twice he picked up his man more than just in a half court set. Thought he got into his bag a bit on the game I was watching. Shot several threes, had a couple of pull ups, attempted a floater, and was usually in the right spot to receive a pass on interior for a score. He also made his presence felt in other areas like rebounding and had a steal or two.
