He’s already garnered some attention this spring with Team Huncho too.
Highlights
Abel Trotman Abel Trotman 5’11” | PG Sprayberry | 2027 State GA is coming off an excellent season at Sprayberry where he earned All-Region honors and helped the Jackets win 21 games. Trotman is one of the more advanced guards in his class, capable of both scoring and playmaking at a high level. He also makes an impact on the defensive end with his quick feet and active hands. Trotman is definitely one to monitor closely over the next few years.
Jordan Wiseman Jordan Wiseman 6’2″ | CG Cumberland Christian | 2027 State GA made some noise as a freshman at Cumberland Christian and he now looks poised to blow up this spring with Sewer South . Wiseman is one of the best athletes in this class, providing plenty of highlights above the rim. Meanwhile, he has the ball skills and perimeter shooting ability to score in bunches. There’s really no ceiling for Wiseman and D1s would be wise to start tracking him now.
Paideia returned a lot of talent, especially in the backcourt, but Tristan Mitchell Tristan Mitchell 5’10” | PG Paideia | 2027 State GA still managed to carve out a role in the rotation and he grew better and better throughout the year. He’s skilled and crafty with his handle, able to get into the paint or create enough separation to get his shot off. Mitchell is playing with Jet Academy this spring, one of the best 15u teams in the southeast.
Tre Keith Tre Keith 6’1″ | PG Tri-Cities | 2027 State GA may get all of the love but he wasn’t the only freshman to stand out this year at Tri-Cities. Khalid Jones Khalid Jones 5’10” | PG Tri Cities | 2027 State GA also played vital minutes and he produced. Jones exudes a ton of confidence that you don’t normally expect from a freshman on varsity. Tri-Cities has many reasons to be excited for the future, one of them is Khalid Jones Khalid Jones 5’10” | PG Tri Cities | 2027 State GA .
Highlights
Nate Winters Nate Winters 6’4″ | SG St. Pius | 2027 State GA is a new name that’s quickly making it’s way around the state. He just recently broke onto the scene after a great start to the spring with Redline. Winters is a 6’4 wing that can create off the dribble and connect from mid-range. His combination of size and guard skill are already intriguing and now with Redline, his development will be a high priority. The future looks very bright for Nate Winters Nate Winters 6’4″ | SG St. Pius | 2027 State GA and his stock could continue to rise throughout the spring.
Amare Temple Amare Temple 5’10” | PG Lanier | 2027 State GA first jumped onto our radar at the PH Freshman Showcase last fall and we’ve been keeping close tabs on him ever since. Temple is a shifty ball-handler that shoots it well off the dribble. He can score from all three levels and also faciliate when he needs to. With Boogie Morgan off to Clayton State next year, Temple looks well-positioned to take over the point for Lanier.
