Offensively, Dixon stood out as a relentless slasher with an explosive first step in his dribble drive penetration to the basket, where he initiated contact and finished through it with finesse using either hand. A natural leader, Dixon showed excellent communication skills on the floor and wasn’t hesitant to hold his teammates accountable. On the defensive side of the ball, his effort were intense, locking down opponents, contesting shots, and making crucial plays, including a game-saving block with seconds remaining, where Dixon came out of nowhere utilizing his outstanding speed and athleticism by sprinting full speed to swat the ball out of bounds at the last moment.
Alex Barther II Alex Barther II 6’4″ | SG Fort Worth Eastern Hills | 2026 State TX is a prototypical basketball player with a college-ready skill set and mentality. He showed that he can do a little bit of everything effectively and be a consistent impact player and game changer from start to finish. Demonstrating effectiveness across various positions from the 1 to the 4, Alex consistently proved to be the x-factor on the court. Barther showcased a relentless work ethic on each possession, never backing down, taking plays off, being out-hustled, or outworked, consistently giving maximum effort. With the ball, Alex was a threat in the middle of the floor, showcasing a smooth first step to penetrate the defense and touch the paint on a consistent basis. Also, his athleticism shined bright in the open floor, where he excelled using speed and long strides to run the court before throwing down a dunk or a lob.
Sawyer Dotson Sawyer Dotson 6’7″ | SG Birdville | 2026 State TX proved to be a game-changer as a floor spacer, showcasing consistent mechanics and footwork as he continuously burned teams by knocking down jumpers from long range in spot-up and catch-and-shoot situations. Dotson also displayed his high level of athleticism by surprising the entire gym with a powerful one-handed tomahawk slam dunk on the opposing team’s rim protecting shot blocker. Sawyer Dotson Sawyer Dotson 6’7″ | SG Birdville | 2026 State TX is a name to keep track of, he’s prepared for breakout summer, and he’s slowly but surely becoming one of the top wing prospects in the state.

Michael Gatewood Michael Gatewood 6’0″ | PG Red Oak | 2026 TX played with a great feel for the game, particularly on the offensive end, where he excelled as a glue guy, always taking whatever the defense gave him. Special playmaker, Gatewood took pride in setting up teammates, whether with flashy passes or simple kicks in the flow of the offense. Gatewood also played with a knack for exploiting defensive gaps and weaknesses with his passing and relocating skills beyond the arc. Lastly, Michael displayed a stop-and-pop mid-range jumper, quickly getting to his spots off the catch and executing with well-balanced elevation.
Austin Senters Austin Senters 6’4″ | SG Skyline Prep | 2025 TX had a remarkable stints throughout the weekend but one his best was when he went on a 7-0 run by himself, capitalizing on three consecutive transition possessions to score from every level of the floor with confidence. Very good alignment on his jumpshot, making him deadly efficient from the high post and top of the key. Senters also displayed graceful and effortless leaping abilities, coupled with emphatic finishing skills, making him an exceptional high flyer capable of executing a variety of fluid and strong slam dunks in the open floor.
