Austin Brown Austin Brown 6’8″ | SF Lufkin | 2026 State TX stands out as one of Texas’ premier 16u prospects, and it’s easy to see why. He’s a sharpshooter who can score from anywhere on the court, excels above the rim, and makes significant contributions on the boards. On defense, his ability to defend multiple positions makes him one of the most versatile two-way players in his class.
Highlights
Jacob Williford Jacob Williford 6’4″ | SG Cypress Ranch | 2026 State TX is a top-tier scorer who excels at scoring from all three levels and showcases strong defensive skills in open space. This weekend, I expect he’ll have a chance to display his well-rounded game, highlighting notable improvements in his ball-handling, interior defense, and jumping ability.
Elijah Garrett Elijah Garrett 6’1″ | PG Beaumont Westbrook | 2026 State TX is a skilled combo guard who can sink shots from long range and adeptly manipulate defenses with his ball-handling. He excels at driving to the basket, drawing in help defenders, and finding open shooters with precision.
Gilbert is a post scoring threat with a knack for slashing to the basket, and he excels in defense and rebounding. His perimeter scoring is on the rise, and given his size and skill set, he’s poised to make a big impact this weekend.
Highlights
James Sanderson James Sanderson 6’2″ | PG Emerson | 2026 State TX is a genuine point guard with a reliable three-point shot and strong defensive abilities in open space. His athleticism is on the rise, so don’t be surprised if he throws down a highlight-reel dunk or two before the summer ends.

Keonte Greybear is a dynamic combo guard who excels at scoring from all three levels. With elite perimeter skills, he can also play above the rim, demonstrating impressive athleticism. Additionally, he’s adept at defending in open space. Currently, he holds the #1 ranking in the state for the 2026 class.
Seven Spurlock Seven Spurlock 6’5″ | SG Frisco Memorial | 2026 State TX is a mid-range slasher with elite athleticism and a relentless motor. On the offensive end, his perimeter scoring skills are on the rise, making him a versatile offensive threat. Defensively, he’s capable of guarding multiple positions effectively.
Cameron Lomax Cameron Lomax 6’2″ | PG Frisco Heritage | 2026 State TX showcased his scoring prowess during the high school season, and I expect his confidence heading into session 1 to be sky-high, which spells trouble for his opponents. As an elite all-around player, Cameron can make an impact at every level of the game.
Kingston is a dynamic point guard with a strong handle and solid perimeter skills on both offense and defense. I anticipate he’ll make an impact not just with his performance on the court but also as a leader, guiding his team effectively.
Bryson Howard
Bryson Howard
Bryson Howard is an athletic wing that has a well rounded skillset. He can knockdown shots from deep and play above the rim but what makes him truly special is versatility on the defensive end of the floor and his contributions on the glass.

Xavier Xavier Diggs | 2026 TX Green serves as the team’s floor general, primarily acting as a facilitator, but don’t underestimate his scoring ability. On any given day, he can compete with the best scorers in his class. Xavier Xavier Diggs | 2026 TX is a sharpshooter with an elite ball-handling skill and plays at an excellent pace. He excels at defending in open space and has become a more physical presence on both ends of the floor.
Trent Perry Trent Perry 6’4″ | SG Link Academy | 2026 MO is a playmaking slasher who’s steadily improving his perimeter shooting. Among the wings I’ve seen in his class, none contest and change perimeter shots as effectively as Trent. While many focus on 3-level scorers, Trent stands out as a 3-level defender who can also score from anywhere on the court. I’m confident he’ll deliver some highlight-reel dunks and defensive plays this season.
Dakari Spear Dakari Spear 6’2″ | SG The Colony | 2026 State TX is an elite scorer from all three levels, adept at defending in open space and making contributions on the boards. Not only is he one of the most dangerous scorers in Texas, but he also ranks among the best in the country. Dakari is an efficient shooter with solid athleticism, capable of playing above the rim when the situation calls for it.
Austin Goosby Austin Goosby 6’4″ | SG Melissa | 2026 State TX is an elite 3-level scorer who seems poised for a breakout year. He’s a sharpshooter with increasingly impressive athleticism. Lately, he’s been making strides on the defensive end, particularly in the paint and on the boards.
Highlights
Jacori Jones Jacori Jones 5’11” | CG Braswell | 2026 State TX is a dynamic combo guard that can handle the ball in the open court, knockdown shots, play above the rim and guard in space. Inch for inch, he might be the most athletic player on this list. I’d expect a couple of highlight plays from his this weekend.
rnTheo Brannan is a point guard with a remarkably high basketball IQ. He can hit shots from all over the court, deliver precise passes, and defend effectively in open space. His intelligence and leadership qualities set him apart, making him one of the most exciting prospects to watch.
