State Champions: Hamlin Chargers
Second Place: Sioux Falls Christian
Tournament MVP: Easton Neuendorf Easton Neuendorf 5'11" | PG Hamlin | 2025 State SD
Easton was all gas and played with high-level tempo. He plays fast all game from the point guard spot. He plays heavy minutes and Hamlin needs him on the court to change the game and dictate it. Neuendorf is now a state champion and an easy choice for tournament MVP.

Game 2 — 17 points (6-15 FG) (2-8 3FG) – 4 rebounds – 5 assists – 1 steal – 28 minutes
Game 3 — 12 points (5-16 FG) – 3 rebounds – 1 assist – 4 steals – 36 minutes
Highlights
Goodbary was a consistent scorer in the tournament, with games of 20, 20, and 19 points in the championship game. He showed off his offensive versatility by dunking the ball, hitting mid-range-fades, and showing he can make a three. Protected the rim and rebounded as well.
Game 1 – 20 points (9-15 FG) (1-4 3FG) – 7 rebounds – 2 assists – 4 blocks – 2 steals – 22 minutes
Game 2 – 20 points (6-14 FG) – (1-4 3FG) (7-8 FT) – 9 rebounds – 1 assist – 2 blocks – 1 steal – 21 minutes
Game 3 – 19 points – (7-21 FG) (1-7 3FG) – (4-4 FT) – 10 rebounds – 2 assists – 1 steal – 36 minutes
Highlights
Brant was highly impressive and showed superb poise for a Freshman in a state tournament. Showed a great handle to be able to attack and finish and create separation. He was aggressive taking it at the D and getting to spots to score. Was important in SFC making a run in the championship game with two threes late.
Game 1 – 14 points (6-9 FG) (1-2 3FG) – 9 rebounds – 1 assist – 21 minutes
Game 2 – 8 points (2-7 FG) (1-3 3FG) (3-4 FT) – 2 rebounds – 3 assists – 20 minutes
Game 3 – 13 points – (3-11 FG) (2-4 3FG) (5-6 FT) – 3 rebounds – 2 assists – 2 blocks – 32 minutes
Highlights
Stevenson was a major piece in Hamlin winning the championship. In crunch-time, he was aggressive to score at all three-levels. He scored in double-figures in all three games and scoring 16 points in the championship game, where he was a big factor in Hamlin scoring late in the game. He has NAIA scholarship offers.

Game 2 – 17 points (6-12 FG) (2-4 3FG) – 3 rebounds – 2 assists – 1 block – 30 minutes
Game 3 – 16 points (6-11 FG) (1-3 3FG) – 1 rebound – 4 assists – 1 block – 1 steal – 36 minutes
Hamlin couldn’t have asked for a better tournament from VanMeeteren. Highly efficient, missing only one shot, with a massive three-pointer in the championship game. He boarded the ball all tournament and defended Goodbary of SFC very well in the final game. A big-time tournament for him altogether.
Game 1 – 6 points (3-3 FG) – 9 rebounds – 3 blocks – 1 steal – 27 minutes
Game 2 – 13 points (4-4 FG) (5-6 FT) – 7 rebounds – 1 block – 28 minutes
Game 3 – 7 points (3-4 FG) (1-2 3FG) – 8 rebounds – 1 assist – 32 minutes
Wadsworth wasn’t counted on heavily on the offensive side, but he did hit some timely threes. Where he was a difference-maker was on the defensive side of the ball. Did a great job on Tietz of Groton Area and did a masterful job staying in front of the ball all tournament.
Stormo is a versatile player on both ends. Plays with huge effort and energy. Solid size and athleticism as a guard/wing/forward. Defends and rebounds at a high level and pulled down 14 rebounds vs Rapid City Christian. Can guard multiple positions and was a major factor for Hamlin, as they counted on mostly their starting five.
