Vova Trotsko Vova Trotsko 6'7" | PF Colts Neck | 2024 State NJ , 6’7 PF Colts Neck 2024
Trotsko had a great showing at practice yesterday as he showed his ability to impact the game on the offensive end. The 6’7 forward exploded off the floor for dunks and used his strong frame to get position. Trotsko was also able to get to the rim off the bounce and set his feet before he shot. He ripped down rebounds on both ends of the floor and influenced a number of shots around the basket. Trotsko will be playing for the Predators this spring and is one of the top available 2024 forward prospects.
Gavin Marlin Gavin Marlin 6'2" | PG CBA | 2026 State NJ , 6’2 PG CBA 2026
Marlin had a strong showing at practice as he made plays on both ends of the floor. The 6’2 guard played stingy, on-ball defense as he made it hard for his man to get to his spot on the floor. Marlin wasted little motion in his release and shoots the ball with confidence from behind the arc. He rarely gets rattled by on-ball pressure and has the ability to play off the ball as well. Marlin is a tough guard prospect whose stock is set to rise with his ability to make plays at both ends of the floor.
Ryan Jacobs Ryan Jacobs 6'0" | CG Donovan Catholic | 2025 State NJ , 6’0 CG Donovan Catholic 2025
Jacobs had good showing at practice yesterday as he was decisive with the ball in his hands. The 6’0 guard used his handle to get past his defender and finished nicely around the basket. Jacobs rises up nicely on his jumper and made good decisions with the ball in his hands. He showed the ability to play without the ball and slid his feet on the defensive end. Jacobs is a gritty guard prospect who has the potential to have a big spring and summer.
Ryan Fisher Ryan Fisher 5'10" | SG Red Bank Regional | 2025 State NJ , 5’11 SG Red Bank Regional 2025
Fisher had a solid showing at practice as he was able to display his game nicely. The 5’11 guard was able to get to his spot on the floor and did not get rushed by on-ball pressure. Fisher finished well around the basket and rarely forced bad shots in the halfcourt. He pushed the ball nicely in transition and wasted little motion in his jumper. Fisher’s ability to play on and off the ball is something that will help his development in a big way over the next couple of months.
Sam Jones Sam Jones PG Sayreville | 2026 State NJ , PG Sayreville
Jones made plays throughout the practice as he was able to score the ball in a variety of ways. He rose up with confidence on his jumper as he knocked down contested shots during the practice. Jones saw the floor as he was able to find his open teammates in the halfcourt and rarely made bad decisions with the ball. He attacked the basket with a purpose and worked hard for rebounds. Jones had nine 20-point games in 2023-24 and is looking to carry it over into the spring and summer.
