Jones has been a shot-creator this season, particularly behind the three-point line. He makes it difficult to stay in front of because of his quick handles and ability to hit fading-away jumpers no matter the defense. Jones is averaging around 2 threes a game keeping defenses on their toes trying to stop him from deep. He has zero hesitation when looking to pull-up for an open shot, especially on the fastbreak. He will come off of 0ff-ball screens constantly and uses his quick and smooth release with little resistance from contests.

Jones is a creative shot-maker with and without the basketball. His ability to make tough contested shots seems to be his greatest skill. He will not hesitate to pull up from well beyond the three-point line. He can use his handles to get space and hit fading-away shots. Jones thrives in coming off of off-ball screens from his teammates to set him up in the corners. His smooth and quick release makes it difficult to get a good contest.

Jones is a smart player with great basketball IQ to his game. He doesn’t force shots and is a straight sniper from downtown hitting every three that leaves his hands it feels like. Contests do very little to his shot as you have to block him if you wanna stop Jones from making the shot. His range is well beyond the three-point line. Jones’s tight handles allow him to get any shot he wants.
