MJ Harper is one of the most fluid shot creators I saw this spend. He’s a sticky 6’2 guard who ghosts across the court with smooth movements. He’s a rhythm scorer who needs a few dribbles to get into his shot and has counters. Harper has the ball on a string and is an emotional leader on the floor and will lift teammates up.
This summer Maddox Harden Maddox Harden 6'7" | SF Oak Ridge | 2027 State FL will catch eyes with his measurables alone. The 6’7 forward runs the floor, starts the break, and flashes shot making skills. He scored in a dirty corner jumper, a catch and shoot three, and a self created fadeaway midrange jumper near the top of the key. He needs some polish but there’s Forest upside with the young wing.
Lukas Fontasiewicz Lukas Fontasiewicz 6'2" | PG Admiral Farragut | 2027 FL played up an age group against one of the top 16U teams in the state and looked like one of the best players on the floor Saturday night. He’s a natural passer who’s growing as a scorer. The 2027 opens the game up with his passing and ability to bend defenses when he has the ball. He can create shots for himself, others, and has what it takes to compete with older players.
Willie Piggot Jr. Willie Piggot Jr. 6'4" | CG Oldsmar Christian | 2026 State FL could join the national conversation if he continues to shoot at a high level in EYBL play. His catch and shoot jumper is nearly automatic since fall ball. Piggott has everything coaches are looking got in an athletic 6’5 guard who defends his position, has above average athleticism, and wants to compete on every play.
Raphael Alyko is 6’9 big with an eye catch frame. He can take it coast to coast on the break and has touch in the paint. He showcases smooth repeatable footwork on the block. He’s more of a four than a five because of his mobility, play style, and ball skills.
