4A State Championship: Ridge View vs Riverside

The Blazers led 32-26 at the halftime break. Iturbe will take his talents to American University next season. Julen left everything out on the floor with his complete effort. Jayden finished with 15 points around the paint area. Jayden can finish over bigger post players with his quick feet and ability to finish through contact. Don't let the size scare you - the kid really delivers on every given night. Corbett the #2 player in the 2026 Palmetto State Class was extremely active around the bucket as a quick slasher and attacker. Korie plays his best basketball when in attack mode going to the rack. </p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p><strong><em>Good Production off the Bench: </em></strong></p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='2367673' first='Sebi' last='Boyogueno']</strong> and <strong>[player_tooltip player_id='2104388' first='Robert' last='Wylie']</strong> both came off the bench tonight to help their teams respectively. Boyogueno finished with 10 points and showed the ability to slash to the basket while getting downhill. He has a great motor and good length to be active on both ends of court. </p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Wylie finished with 7 points in the win for the Blazers. Davis a left-handed point guard was able to set the table at times while getting shifty with the ball in his hands. Sauer logged all 32 minutes while scoring 6 points. Cannon connected on few three pointers and finished with 11 points. <strong>Mikkel Skinner </strong>suffered foul troubles all night long for the Warriors. Skinner a junior recorded 44 receptions on the gridiron this past season. </p> <!-- /wp:paragraph -->
