He provided a tremendous spark off the bench in producing 15 points, six assists, six steals, five rebounds and a resounding block in their victory over Wilson Prep. He showed his motor on both ends of the floor from being a pest defensively to an attacker in space on the offensive end. He led the way for them with 22 points on 9-of-15 shooting from the field while shooting a perfect 3-of-3 from behind the arc to lift the offense. It seemed around every turn the game took, Flippen had a hand in turning the tide in his team's favor. He did well to attack the paint but also showed he could operate without the ball and knock down shots on the perimeter. He's due to climb up the PH radar with continued consistency. He sported a sleaker frame which allowed him to navigate into the painted area and draw contact on his attempts to the bucket. He knows how to create havoc defensively while remaining efficient offensively. He shot 6-of-8 from the field in the victory. He's been a solid addition to the Jaguars' rotation so far as he's producing14.0 PPG through their first four victories on 56 percent from the field and 41 percent shooting from deep. He showed he could operate in a variety of ways as the defensive anchor for this squad.
