Expert Analysis
Charles Clark | Prep Hoops Scout
His ability to knock down three-point shots is one of the attributes that stands out the most but he’s far from just a three-point specialist. He has an outstanding IQ for the game and can be just as good on the defensive end as he is offensively.

is another name in the Farmville Central High backcourt for DII and DIII programs to get to know following his performance at the John Wall Holiday Invitational. He had a rough shooting display to open things up against Reidsville High as the Jaguars took their first loss of the 2023-24 season. He bounced back though in a big way in their final two games as he went 8-of-12 from deep and averaged 19.5 PPG on 66.7 percent shooting from deep in their final two victories. He’s a strong combo guard with the ability to score the ball in a variety of ways and defends with a ton of energy. He isn’t afraid to play the passing lanes and force turnovers. He had four steals against Broughton High in their victory on Day 2.

The potential impact that he can make for Farmville Central was on full display during their time at ECI Team Camp where he led the team in scoring in the majority of the games they played. He is an outstanding shooter from the perimeter, has a nice IQ for the game and is able to make plays at the PG spot or playing off the ball as a SG.

His performance in the semi-finals against NLCA was clearly one of the best showings that we saw from any player at ECI. He scored 40 Points, knocking down eleven three point shots to lead the Jaguars to the Championship. This was the first time that we got the chance to see him with his new squad and he already looks like he’s fitting in perfectly.

Consistent would be the best way to describe his production throughout the event. He doesn’t get too high or too low, but you can count on him to make high IQ plays offensively while being just as productive on the defensive end of the floor.

One of the most improved players in the state, it has been very impressive to see the strides he made from his sophomore season going into his junior season. He increased his scoring average from 17 Points per game to 26 Points a night, as well as averaging more: rebounds, steals and assist than he did in the previous season.

Didn’t have his best game of the day but stayed engaged regardless of what was going on. Constantly applied pressure on the defensive side of the ball and did a nice job of getting his team into their sets.
