Here were some of the junior guard standouts:

[player_tooltip player_id='996176' first='Bryce' last='Quinet'] Notre Dame Prep

A highly skilled guard can hit the catch three or with the pull. He keeps changing speeds to get the defense off balanced. He is very tough to take charges, grab in-traffic rebounds and get 50/50 loose balls. He gets downhill with his shoulder and it is very hard to cover him.

[player_tooltip player_id='1385291' first='Jeremiah' last='Fears'] AZ Compass Prep

A scoring PG with speed, a tight handle and deep three point range with a quick trigger and can pull-up from mid-range. He is strong to the basket as he is shifty with the ball and can impressively euro step with speed making it hard to defend. His body control is next level making tough shots in the lane.

[player_tooltip player_id='1697070' first='Jack' last='Hickman'] Chaparral

A scoring lead guard will take over the lead point guard spot next year. He has a quick burst with his left hand and can pull-up from mid-range. He will hit shots from the three point line and look to make plays.

[player_tooltip player_id='1337025' first='Drew' last='Hall'] Basha (Pictured)

A good sized combo guard handles some of the point guard duties with Magee and Johnson. He can score it from mid-range and hit the catch three. He has a good handle and can score it inside with multiple counter moves.

[player_tooltip player_id='1491233' first='Will' last='Feagles'] Notre Dame Prep

A bigger shooting guard is athletic to throw it down on the break and can shoot. He can hit the corner three plus rebounds well in and out of his area. He made some clutch plays during the game.

[player_tooltip player_id='1150848' first='Nolan' last='Brown'] Perry

The engine of the ranked team is Nolan. He is a pure point guard whose lower center of gravity, speed and tight handle makes it very hard to take the ball from him. He uses his burst to get to the basket and his catch threes keeps the defense honest. He pesters his opponents up the court.
