Motor, motor, motor! That is what Jax has to offer and it starts at the defensive end. When young players are trying to figure out what they need to do to see the floor Jax is already doing. Jax takes defense seriously and that is what will keep him at the floor at every level. The kid can guard 1-3 at a high level. His offensive game consist of attacking the rim and hitting open jumpers, he is still developing all around and he has a lot of potential at the HM/MM D1 level.
Talk about a kid that is reaching his potential. Tyrin is a big guard that will likely be playing that hybrid 3/4 position at the high school level. In college he is a three that can shoot off the bounce and handle the ball. He is getting stronger with that maturity and his game is coming along. Impressive off the bounce game that he has been able to add some mid-range to and a lot of attacking to. He is another player in the class that we have yet to see the best of which means he is a low risk/high reward recruit. Expecting him to have a big year for LCA.
Highlights
When it comes to players with absolute potential Augustine is at the top of the list of many D1 coaches. The kid runs like the wind and he has some major boost in his jumps. He can erase almost any shot contested over him and he is not afraid to challenge anyone that attacks the rim. His back to the basket gets better and better and he can go over both shoulders. He could be a 3+ blocks a game with a double-double when it is all set and done.
One of the biggest stock risers and for a big reason and that is that he is a one of the best two way players in the state. Not only doe she have positional size, he can shoot the rock and he is not a reach defender, he gets his hands dirty with the way he defends. He moves his feet and he is not afraid to get physical when he has to. H ecan rebound and he can get that ball and push the tempo as he pushes the ball well. He is playing above the rim and he is just getting started. Expect Easton to start to show his best play this year.
JJ is set to have a big year and his game is something that will take shape as he is shifty and has wiggle with the ball in his hands. He has some solid right to left crossover moves and he also gets downhill quickly. When his shot is falling he is a force because you have to choose how you defend him. That slashing and above the rim playing ability is just the beginning of where his game can take shape. Excited to see him run with Judge Memorial.
