Theartis Battle Theartis Battle 6'4" | SG John Carroll | 2025 State MD | John Carroll (MD) ’25
Battle strikes me as the type of player who will find ways to help his team win games. At 6’4″, he’s a defensive ace who doesn’t need to score to impact victories.
Parker Cage Parker Cage 6'1" | PG Hayfield Secondary | 2025 State VA | Hayfield (VA) ’25
It’s clear that Cage has been in the lab grinding in preparation for a bigger role. Based on what I’ve observed, he could become a potent offensive weapon for the Hawks.
Cannon Greene Cannon Greene 6'4" | SF Bladensburg | 2025 State MD | Bladensburg (MD) ’25
Greene is a safe bet to be among the leading scorers in the area this winter. He is a flat-out matchup nightmare who can score from multiple spots at will but also enjoys getting others involved.
Andrew Maria Andrew Maria 6'5" | SG Yorktown | 2025 State VA | Yorktown (VA) ’25
Maria has made steady progress since the winter and I like where his game is trending. He’s a good athlete who excels at finishing from the guard spot.
Saxton Simley Saxton Simley 6'7" | SF Gonzaga | 2026 State MD | Gonzaga (DC) ’26
By all accounts, Smiley is among the more improved prospects on the Purple Eagles roster. After an impressive JV campaign last year, he could carve out a key role for the varsity squad as a sophomore.
