This class has players flying under the radar and doing great things on the court as they all look to climb the rankings heading into the season. Here are my underrated players for the 2026 class.
Anthony Jr. is a quick and shifty guard who knows how to play under control when commanding an offense. He is excellent in the transition setting making slick outlet passes to his teammates or looking to push the pace himself. His pull-up game from the midrange is consistent and will only get better. Anthony Jr. plays aggressive up-in-your-face defense and will pressure his assignment throughout a whole game.
Gregory has a great offensive game already and can become an elite two-way guard shortly. His shot is pure as he looks to get catch-and-shoot opportunities running off of off-ball screens. He is consistent in the corners when knocking down shots and likes to dribble into the midrange to use his height to pull up for an easy shot. Gregory can shoot the gap fast in passing lanes and will explode on the fastbreak.
Andree does most of his offensive damage in the midrange and painted area. At 6’4″ at the small forward position he can play and guard multiple positions. Andree has a nice pump fake he uses before going up around the rim. He can finish strong with both hands and knows how to draw fouls. His shot-contesting ability will make him an excellent two-way player one day. Once Andree develops a three-point shot he will turn into a complete player.
Ahmetaj is a player that will do anything to help his team win. On the defensive side of the ball, Ahmetaj can guard multiple positions. He has great timing and awareness in blocking shots and will challenge anyone in the paint. He will dive after every loose ball and take off in transition. He can score will some effective moves in the post and has a soft touch around the rim allowing him to score easy baskets.
Mikulka is a sharpshooter from downtown that likes to get his shots up in a hurry. He is your modern-day spot-up catch-and-shoot player as he can make anything from that range. His range extends the more he makes throughout a game and he likes to use his pump fake to get defenders in the air. Mikulka’s teammates are always looking for him coming off of off-ball screens on the wings for open shots.
