Continuing the coverage of this past weekend's Prephoops Oklahoma Freshman Showcase, here's a quick run down of the prospects from Team 4.

[player_tooltip player_id='2140724' first='Braxton' last='Veatch'] - The incoming Crossings Christian Knight has deep range from beyond the arc and displayed that in multiple contests. But he has more to his game than just floating around the perimeter. He played with a feel and maturity beyond his age, with ball fakes and good passing. Crossing is loaded with upperclassmen but it will be interesting to see if his combo of shooting and savviness allows him to earn minutes as the season progresses.

[player_tooltip player_id='2140798' first='Tristian' last='Ladd'] - Ladd is a quicker guard, who played with aggression throughout the showcase. At times that lead to some questionable shot attempts, but as he settled into the settings he became more efficient as a scorer. When picking his spots better, he showed a couple good moves in his scoring arsenal. On one drive the Westmoore Jaguar used his body to successfully ward off a defender and convert a nifty left handed layup. While also being able to stop and hit in the mid-range. There's potential for him to become a dynamic slasher and scorer.

[player_tooltip player_id='2140763' first='Kordaryon' last='Lee'] - A scoring guard with an interesting long term build due to his longer arms, Pullen successfully picked his spots to attack during the showcase. He often found himself getting inside where his finishing wasn't perfect but he had a knack for drawing fouls. As he matures, he should became a stronger finisher. He also had his moments on the offensive glass and even hit a spot up three.

[player_tooltip player_id='2140728' first='Carlton' last='Summers III'] - The athletic and aggressive lead guard was covered in the Small Town standouts article

[player_tooltip player_id='2140767' first='Lathyn' last='Benson'] - Benson's play on Saturday was an example of how "the ball finds energy". On the defensive end he was active early with deflections and competitive rebounding in traffic. His understanding of his role extended to offense as he often looked to make the right pass ahead while staying engaged in the game. Because of the energy he started with, the Metro Christian Patriot was loose and ready when given open shot opportunities. Which he hit a handful of threes during the showcase.

[player_tooltip player_id='2140754' first='Jayden' last='Pullen'] - Pullen had a quiet day but still had his moments. One in particular was draining a three a couple feet beyond the three point line. While generally doing a good job of making good passing decisions. Pullen is headed to Classen SAS, a program that appears to be cultivating a deep roster of intriguing 2026 and 2027 prospects.

[player_tooltip player_id='2134456' first='Kobe' last='Ferguson'] - Another example of a player with good feel and understanding his role, Ferguson attacked open lanes and often make the right read of passes in transition and on drives. His finishing will need to improve, including becoming smoother and stronger when contested. But the Edmond Memorial Bulldog has a good foundation when factoring in that he hit jumpers from mid-range and beyond the arc.

[player_tooltip player_id='2140750' first='Jamarrion' last='Hardeman'] - An uptempo lead guard, Hardeman has some of the trademarks that are looked for in smaller guards. Having the range from beyond the arc to extend the defense and good passing in particular stood out. Hardeman will be attending Norman North this year.

[player_tooltip player_id='2140771' first='Malachi' last='Chatman'] - Headed to Bethany, a knee brace slowed some of Chatman's movement but in a couple games viewed he did show one promising trait. Deep range from beyond the arc. He was comfortable hitting from a few steps beyond the high school three point line.

[player_tooltip player_id='2140726' first='Brody' last='Parks'] - The crafty and cerebral lead guard was covered in the Small Town standouts article.
