6’8 F Aiden Wanrow || Colorado ||
When you see this kid one of the first thought that comes to mind is, “‘no way this kid is just going to be a freshman”. Aiden is 6’8 and the kid has potential for sure. He has the ability to bring the ball up the floor and he is a grab and go big with some leaping ability. He has that no fear style of play as he will punch it on someone if they try and jump with him. He does have a first quick step and he can move, as he is not your typical big fella, he is a legit wing that has guard skills. He has a defensive mindset as well as a premier shot blocker. This kid is a must watch.
6’2 CG Bode Sparrow Bode Sparrow 6'2" | CG Davis | 2027 State UT || Utah ||
Do not sleep on these kids out in the Mountain West as they have been really playing at high levels for their respective high schools and even on the club scene as well. Bode is a do it all guard that has a motor and the IQ to make winning plays. He plays the right way and he will be a stat stuffer for sure. Although he can probably score a bunch of points he is a high level player that does the little things. Look for him to be a name that pops up more over the course of time.
6’4 G Gene Roebuck || California ||
Had a chance to watch him play many times on that talented L.A Soldiers team and he is a player that has the size and strength to impact the game right away. He has a good shot with range but he doesn’t settle and he also makes winning plays attacking the rim and finishing and also finding open players on those drive and draw two and kick plays. this kid is a must watch. The kid is suiting up at La Mirada High School so he will get some varsity run for sure.
Ryan Hampton || Texas ||
Big guard/wing that can do it all in Ryan Hampton. This kid can get up and finish above the rim but he can also go in the bag and find different ways to finish through traffic. He has a really good pace he plays with and he is a hand down/man down shooter. He is going to be the next big name coming out of Texas, which is saying a lot because Texas has really changed the game with the way they have been producing talent.
Mayom Mayom || Arizona ||
Talk about a kid with a high ceiling. When you’re 6’7+ with a 7’0 wingspan you’re going to be able to do a lot of things on both ends of the floor. Mayom can stretch the floor with his shooting. He can put the ball on the floor but when he catches the ball on the move he is tough. On the defensive end he is a game changer as you can put him anywhere on the floor including the top of a zone as he really makes passing lanes shrink. Look out for him and that whole class out of AZ, they have some tough players coming up.
