had a great weekend at the tip-off classic, leading Game Elite’s 16u squad to some thrilling wins and contributing on the 17u squad as well. At times, Game Elite had Jordan running the point and he looked comfortable doing it. He has such an advanced perimeter skill set for being 6’9 and his body has taken a huge step in the right direction, adding muscle and filling out what used to be a slim frame. Jordan should draw some serious D1 interest in the upcoming live periods and already holds offers from Auburn, Georgia, Ole Miss, and more.

saw his role expand tremendously and he shined in it this weekend. Soyoye possesses great size and length at 6’10, extreme upside for any program that’s willing to develop him. He’s already an x-factor on the defensive end. Soyoye is one of Georgia’s top rim protectors and makes it incredibly tough for opposing teams to score inside. After picking up his first offer from Missouri State last week, I expect things to ramp up for Soyoye pretty soon.

Jakhi Howard
Jakhi Howard
Jakhi Howard suited up with Freebandz Elite at the Tip-Off Classic and put on a show as he usually does. Howard is a highlight waiting to happen, fitting when you consider the Overtime Elite background. He’s one of the best athletes in the 2024 class and will dunk anything around the rim. Howard can also handle the ball on the perimeter and provide some positional versatility. If Howard can continue improving his jumper and shoot it consistently off the dribble, we could be looking at an NBA future.

has burst right back onto the scene with an extremely impressive summer after sitting his junior year at Langston Hughes. McQueen has since relocated to McEachern where he’s gotten in with the AOT guys and the new setting has given life to his game. McQueen is a big wing that can handle the ball which allows for some jumbo lineups like we saw on Saturday. He was scoring it at a high level all weekend including a 30-point outing against Freebandz Elite, his points coming from all three levels. McQueen is definitely a must-see prospect at the coming live periods.
It was a memorable weekend for Game Elite, dominating at both the Tip-Off Classic and Battle for Georgia. The bouncy backcourt tandem of

is a handful for anyone and both played well at the TOC. Wilkinson was scoring in a variety of ways but the majority of his points came around the paint, several floaters and strong finishes at the rim. He’s got elite springs that allow him to elevate and finish better than most 6’1 guards can. Wilkinson was once committed to Mississippi State but his recruitment is now wide open again.
