Hart is set for a big July as he is dynamic with the ball in his hands. The 6’0 guard is electric in the open floor as he uses his speed to blow by defenders and finish at the rim. Hart is more than just a slasher as he has a good release on his jumper and wastes little motion in his release. He gets his teammates involved in the halfcourt and moves his feet on the defensive end. Hart is a speedy lead guard who makes plays at both ends of the floor.
