2024 [player_tooltip player_id='1742881' first='Sean' last='Birmingham'] - Ever since coming to North Carolina, Birmingham has built a quiet reputation as one of the state's more impressive college prospects. The 6-8 southpaw wing caught eyes at the 2023 John Wall Invitational at Broughton High School in Raleigh, NC. Following his very first season in the state, I believe it is more than safe to classify Birmingham as one of the premier shooting threats in North Carolina. Birmingham's length, preparedness off the catch, refined shot mechanics, and remarkable feel for the game make up an elite offensive talent at high school level. Birmingham was an All-Tournament selection at the Nordics playing for Iceland, before competing at the FIBA U18 B. All-CISAA Selection with Cannon High School in a 28-7 season where the Cougars finished 1st in conference. So far in 2023, Birmingham has received offers including Wake Forest, Charlotte, and Davidson.
