How do you think your team and yourself performed throughout this season?
-Our team had our ups and downs throughout the season, especially near the end of the regular season when we went into a slump. I think I performed good, to the point where my teammates could trust me to make a play and I could trust them.
What was the biggest obstacle you and your team faced this season?
-Our biggest obstacle was losing to Sehome at districts and not knowing if we’d make it to state or not, but it also helped us in the long run.

-I think I improved on becoming a leader, being mentally tough and trusting my teammates the most.
What are you looking to improve before next season?
-I’m looking on building on leadership, my 3 point shot , and guard skills. I am also looking to improve my strength, and out on weight.
Who are some teammates that you think stood out this season? Who are some teammates who could have breakout years next year in your eyes?
-Some teammates that I think will breakout next year is Brant Heppner Brant Heppner 6'6″ | SF Lynden | 2025 State WA , Jack Stapleton and Brady Elsner. Brant will definitely be huge for us taking a bigger role in every part of the game but I think he is up for the task as he is one of the hardest workers I know and is a confident guy. Jack will be a 6’6 Junior and has all the potential in the world to be an all league guy if he puts his mind to it, he is a stretch big that will hit shots, rebound and block shots for us. Brady is filling in for Bubba so it is big shoes to fill, but Brady is a guy who works on his game every day and I think he’ll be a great defender, scorer and playmaker for us, he is a guy who never gives up on a play.-All my teammates stood out to me, with their constant hard work and dedication to our team that we built a real family by the end of the year. But to name a few guys who really stood out was Kobe Baar Kobe Baar 6'2″ | SF Lynden | 2023 WA , and Bubba Parcher. Kobe was ready at the biggest moments and always made the right play. His defensive tenacity, turned into motivation on the offensive end for us. Bubba was just a killer for us all season, hitting big shots, playing great defense, and overall just a great leader for us.
How do you think your team and yourself performed throughout this season?
-I feel we preformed alright throughout the season, started off slow but really picked things up going into the second half of the season and playoffs. We for sure were playing some of our best basketball in those playoffs and State tourney and it was an experience I’ll never forget, I’m glad I got to be apart of that Squad and Lead it. I feel like I played pretty good. I got league MVP so that is a solid accomplishment I averaged 5 assist so I always got my team involved. And I feel my leadership was solid considering where we ended.
What was the biggest obstacle you and your team faced this season?
-I’m not sure how to answer this question.
What do you think you improved most on the court?
-My ability to find shooters, and cutters. Also my ability to shoot the 3. As well as leadership. What are you looking to improve before the next level? I am getting Stronger, Faster, Smarter. Just being able to learn more about the game, finding openings, etc. I want to keep my 3 as consistent as possible, and better my free throws for sure. And on ball Defense on smaller, faster, guards. It’s exciting to know that there is so many things to improve on.

played a big role with me this year. His ability to attack the rim, being athletic, his defense was really good and we got to see that in the State tournament. I feel Wesco is less physical so he couldn’t really showcase his defense at the level it’s actually at. Brayden Fisher the freshman is a kid who is always in the gym. Whether it’s 6am or 11pm, this kid is always finding out ways to better his game. He is a top 5 shooter Regardless of class in Wa. I’m excited to see where his game will be at as he keeps growing in his future years.

played a huge role, in the state tournament he showcased his ability to score from anywhere, and pass the ball from anywhere. He’s one of the shiftiest ball handlers I’ve seen and I feel he has a strong case to be the best player in Wesco next year truthfully.
