[player_tooltip player_id='1595670' first='Ikenna' last='Alozie'], 6'2 Patrick School

Alozie is the top ranked player in the initial 2026 rankings with his ability to make plays in a number of different ways. The 6'2 guard attacks the basket with a purpose as he is a strong finisher around the basket and does not mind drawing contact. Alozie knows how to get to his spot on the floor and rises up with confidence on his jumper. He is a good rebounder and can defend multiple positions. Alozie is a talented guard prospect who should continue to grow as the years progress.

[player_tooltip player_id='1595676' first='Jalen' last='Maldonado'], 6'2 Roselle Catholic

Maldonado will be one to watch this spring and summer as he should have a big AAU season. The 6'2 guard has a good handle, which he uses to beat his defender off the bounce and get to the rim. Maldonado can play off the ball as well as he moves well within the offense and has a nice release on his jumper. He is a solid rebounder and moves his feet on the defensive end. Maldonado's ability to get to the rim and finish is something that will help his stock in a big way.

[player_tooltip player_id='1788757' first='Justin' last='Bethea'], 5'11 Paterson Eastside

Bethea had a solid debut season for the Ghosts as he helped them win the Group 4 title. The 5'11 guard has a smooth release on his jumper and sets his feet before he shoots. Bethea moves well without the ball in his hands and rarely forces shots in the half court. He has an underrated handle and is a good on-ball defender. Bethea will have the ball in his hands more during the AAU season, which will help his stock.

[player_tooltip player_id='1790210' first='Tyler' last='Hammond'], 5'8 Trenton Catholic

Hammond had a solid debut season for the Iron Mikes as he showed the ability to put up points in bunches. The 5'8 guard has a quick release on his jumper and can get hot from distance in a hurry. Hammond is more than just a shooter as he can also get to the rim off the bounce and is a good finisher around the basket. He can run the offense in a pinch and is an underrated defender. Hammond is a scoring guard prospect who should continue to put up numbers this AAU season.

[player_tooltip player_id='1788773' first='Bryce' last='Hamilton'], 6'0 Teaneck

Hamilton had a strong debut season for the Highwaymen and his role should only grow in 2023-24. The 6'0 guard has a nice handle, which he uses to get to the basket and finish. Hamilton can also score in the mid-range and can knock down open jumpers on the perimeter. He is an underrated passer and can get deflections on the defensive end. Hamilton is a two-way guard prospect who should be one to watch in North Jersey over the course of his varsity career.
