Logan Scmeeckle - Silver Creek

Logan Smeeckle is a freshman guard who saw a ton of varsity minutes this season for Silver Creek. Logan is a small combo guard who played mostly off of the ball this season. He shot a good percentage from behind the arc and has shown the ability to catch and shoot or create a jump with a quick dribble or two.

[player_tooltip player_id='1799810' first='Matt' last='Rhoades-Martinez'] - Denver South

[player_tooltip player_id='1799810' first='Matt' last='Rhoades-Martinez'] is a knockdown shooter who plays the shooting guard position. Matt has a good frame and solid size standing at 6', this allows him to hang against older competition. He has been primarily an off-the-bench spot-up shooter this season, but I expect his role only to grow more and more throughout his high school career. Matt is a good shooter and has shown the promise of being a crafty scorer off of the dribble.

[player_tooltip player_id='1764293' first='Jeremiah' last='Trimm'] - George Washington

[player_tooltip player_id='1764293' first='Jeremiah' last='Trimm'] is an athletic big point guard with plenty of potential. Jeremiah stands at 6'3 and has already started dunking on top of opponents. He uses a variety of dribble moves and a quick first step to burst downhill. Jeremiah also has a respectable jump shot that he can pull if defenders give him too much space.

[player_tooltip player_id='1764301' first='Shane' last='Callahan'] - Fort Lupton

[player_tooltip player_id='1764301' first='Shane' last='Callahan'] is one of the most fluid scorers in his class scoring from all three levels. Shane has a good handle on the ball and was able to get to the basket with ease in fastbreak situations. Near the rim, he used a variety of moves and turnarounds to put the ball in the basket. Shane is a solid passer and rebounder, I will be interested to see how his off-ball movement and defense develop throughout his career.

[player_tooltip player_id='1877575' first='Eli' last='Hughes'] - Fossil Ridge

[player_tooltip player_id='1877575' first='Eli' last='Hughes'] is a 6'5 PF who plays hard every time he is on the court. Eli is still raw but makes up for it by hustling to do the little things on the court. He uses his height and quick footwork to be a good help-side defender. He also does a good job finding a body when shots go up to box out. Eli has a solid set of post skills to build upon and a good-looking mid-range shot. I will be interested to see how he looks with Fossil Ridge this upcoming season as they are graduating most of their varsity team, giving the JV players the opportunity to step up.
