Brandon Callahan Brandon Callahan 6’3″ | SG Millbrook | 2024 NC is a budding name to get know at Millbrook High after making his impact felt in the second half of the 2022-23 season. He finds himself just outside the Top 50 at No. 58 in the latest update of the 2024 class. After making the move from Garner High to the Wildcats backcourt, he showed off his ability to provide offense off the bench. He produced 9.7 ppg, 1.8 rpg, 1.1 apg and 1.3 spg while shooting 47 percent from the floor and 42 percent from 3-point range across 10 appearances for Millbrook High in an injury-shortened season. He’ll be a name to keep an eye on running with 1 of 1 Elite in the spring/summer as he looks to get his basketball legs back under him.

Joshua Bullock Joshua Bullock 6’0″ | PG Northside Christian Academy | 2024 State NC is a recent mover into the 2024 class at Northside Christian Academy that led them on quite the run in the NCISAA Playoffs this season to a state title. They pulled off an upset as Bullock led the way in the title game with 20 points, nine assists, four steals and four rebounds. He led the way for them in the playmaking department all-year long with 6.4 apg to go along with 11.9 ppg, 2.8 rpg and 2.4 spg at point guard role for them. He’s a 6-foot floor general that does well to control the tempo with his ability to knock down the 3-ball and make plays for others. He’ll be a name to keep

Cal Barrett Cal Barrett 6’9″ | SF Moravian Prep | 2025 NC is a sizeable name to get to know in the Triad area out of Bishop McGuinness High. He’s a 6-foot-9 presence that can operate at the forward/wing position with his ability to defend multiple positions, rebound the basketball and make things happen in the mid-range and painted area on offense. He has the ability to guard on the perimeter as well as on his ability to be a presence at the rim as a shot-blocker and rim protector. He runs the floor well in transition and looks to finish tough in traffic when given opportunities in space. He’s a 2024 name to keep an eye out for with NC Spartans Liles this grassroots cycle.

Jamari Briggs Jamari Briggs 6’6″ | CG Christ | 2024 State NC is yet another 2024 name to get to know out of Christ School as a new face in the 2024 rankings at the 64th spot overall. He’s a crafty guard prospect that can finish off the bounce in traffic and make his presence felt without the ball in his hands. He finished his junior season, putting up 12.5 ppg, 2.7 rpg, 1.6 apg and 1.1 spg. He’s 6-foot-5 presence that can operate in multiple roles given his length and skillset. He’ll be a name to keep an eye on with Upward Stars 3SSB.

Isaiah Sanders Isaiah Sanders 5’11” | PG High Point Christian | 2024 State NC is another point guard prospect in the 2024 class to get to know at High Point Christian Academy. He’s a 5-foot-10 floor general that utilizes his speed and shiftiness to make things happen with the ball in his hands. He surpassed the 1,000-point plateau this past season and led their backcourt to quite a pivotal matchup against Greensboro Day School in the NCISAA State Playoffs that saw them lose 59-58, though he still managed to show off what he could do. He can get by defenders with ease and make crisp passes to his teammates in space for easy points as well as find his own points in the open space. He’s a name for DII and DIII programs in the region to get to know.

Tayshaun Whitner Tayshaun Whitner 6’0″ | PG Garner Magnet | 2024 State NC is an emerging combo guard to get to know at Garner High given his ability to knock down shots on the perimeter and create off the bounce in space. He did well to make an impact off the bench all season long for the Trojans as they went 13-1 in the Greater Neuse River Conference and won the conference tournament championship in 2022-23. He’s an underrated combo guard on the recruiting front that’s capable of defending either guard spot and making things happen on all three levels off the bounce. He’ll be a name to watch this spring/summer with Team Curry East on the grassroots scene.
